I have had a young man to do housework for me for the past two months.
English is not his first language but we manage to converse very well.He is polite and well mannered.
I can offer 10/10 for his work. Attention to detail and assisting me in little jobs.

Veery poor service
Veery poor service they let you know 15minutes before my home help will not be coming very hard to get on to some one to complain to don't return your calls charge $12 per hour new people $8 per hour no replacement when the girl is on holidays new people have a replacement also a my cleaning will be done within the next 2 days if missed on the actual day this isnt a one of time has happened several times .
I would not choose Hendercare for any supports.
I would not choose Hendercare for support services. Recently a service was cancelled due to an admin error at Hendercare. The House Manager and myself have spent probably 3 hours on the phone and in emails to try to talk with someone. Most of the time after waiting for about 20 minutes I was then advised that there was no one to talk with and to leave a message. I have left messages and only just received a call back because I also emailed and sent an enquiry. This was when I found out that there was an admin error and that no one had advised the participant, myself, nominee or house manager in writing. I was also told by staff that people always complain about the phone and communication system at Hendercare. I would not recommend.

Our Carers.
We are very fortunate to have the 2 Carers that we have. They work very well together and are both very helpful and do a fantastic job!! We just hope that we won't lose either one of them.

The service we're receiving from Hendercare is simply outstanding and the Staff are extremely helpful indeed. Simon is especially very easy to communicate with, and David who looks after the maintenance of the garden, is also gives quality service as well.

we are not happy at the moment as we were told by someone in the office that our gardeners times were being organised by someone in the office the first time he was supposed to come out he has not shown up and no one has bothered to tell us why very disappointed.

The cleaner came 3 times and was a nice young woman and very good but on the last occasion she said she was looking for a full time job and would be replaced. I did not hear from Hendercare about a replacement but no-one came. Then the lockdown started and I rang the contact person's mobile and was directed to another number. I left a message on that number but no-one has rung. I realise the difficulties, of course, and I am managing very well. However it seems very weird that you would ask for a rating at this time and in these circumstances. Your communication is not great! And I have never received an account for the 3 cleaning visits that were provided..
I don't want to winge - I'm just letting you know!
