The cleaner Jacky is fantastic. She is always on time Jacky does an outstanding job and leaves the house looking immaculate I highly recomend Hender Care as providers for home care.

There workers are never consistently employed. In over 12 months they have only managed to clean regularly 2 hrs once a fortnight for 4 months.The rest of the time they have never really been consistent. Not impressed. I'm giving to give them notice.

On the week starting 22nd March my…
On the week starting 22nd March my Support Worker was going to be absent for the foreseeable future due to unfortunate circumstances. She emailed me to let me know. Hendercare however did not. Her job was to help me 3 days a week. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Hendercare rang on Wednesday to tell me that she would not be available for Thursday.
What if I had not known that she was unavailable for Tuesday and Wednesday?
Where was Hendercares duty of care? Tuesday I would have been waiting and waiting for her and eventually I would have rang Hendercare. In the meantime my stress level would have been severe as Tuesdays she cooks for me and where were my Dinners for the next week going to come from?
It is just good manners to let clients know when their Support Worker is not going to turn up and the excuse that it is somebody else's job and they are not working is not an excuse. Surely you can share the workload. You let this client down badly.

they are disorganized and I was requesting more carers to attend my care and I contacted the manager of WA branch and I haven't heard from them yet. I am with hendercare for about 2 years and I feel that the service quality is declined. they not putting into account the client's needs. I hope you're going to understand my view

I have made several request from Hendercare to increase the services provided and to provide me with a schedule of when staff will be attending to Mum. To date this has not happened and she is not getting the level of care that she needs.

It is not appreciated when I am called…
It is not appreciated when I am called to let Hendercare know what time my carer has arrived and how many hours they are booked in for that particular day. This happens too many times and intrudes on my time with my carer and suggests to me that Hendercare are not very well organized.

I am extremely happy with my current provider.
He lives close by and is always punctual and polite with everything he does.
The only concern i have is the appointments date/time given to me sometimes do not coincide with the provider. Can I suggest that when a booking is made that you email both parties so that in future there can be no misunderstanding in future. Otherwise all is fine.
