The cleaner Jacky is fantastic. She is always on time Jacky does an outstanding job and leaves the house looking immaculate I highly recomend Hender Care as providers for home care.

Poor communication
The carers are lovely, and provide a good range of services. The coordinators do not communicate. This has been a continuing problem with no resolution. Due to very poor communication I can not recommend Hendercare.

The flexibility and access to…
The flexibility and access to Hendercare, for us, have been excellent over the years of our association. We have never had any major issues that couldn't be resolved speedily and correctly. It is not possible to compare them to other providers as we have never used anyone else, why change over when their methodology and customer care is so good.

Needing personal care can be difficult
Needing personal care can be difficult, and embarrassing in my instance. Hendercare fully understand this, and provide a highly dedicated, trained professional employee for this role. Also lawn and garden care is provided by fully endoursed Hourtacoul employee. I highly recommend Hendercare for services required .

Very happy with current care provider…
Very happy with Hendercare’s current care provider, well organised and caring lady. I look after my uncle’s interest, he is 95, I feel at times I could use more feedback from the Hendercare Office. There have been occasions in past where care staff have been changed without notification. I receive monthly spreadsheet showing monthly charges, which is good as I live in WA and my uncle is in NSW. It is therefore very important to me to be kept up to date with everything to do with my uncle’s care.

Hender Care is a fantastic business, they have been helping my grandmother over the last year. The registered nurses are professional, and great at what they do. I just wanted to say THANK YOU! Really tough times right now, but you have been such a great support.
