Don't waste your money. Product faulty when received. Slow communication, sent back. No communication. Sent back way head of easter, so saying sorry for delay in replying because of easter is a lie.
I would not of got our money back, if I had not blocked klarna. Waste of money. You still blow out after inhaling and can still smell whatever one burns. Told other half not to waste his money. Avoid.

The website was easy to use, I found everything I wanted easily, not received products yet but so far so good. I will update on delivery.
Update; Everything arrived in the expected time frame, all in great condition and working order, very happy with the service overall. (I'm blaming the tardiness of my update on how much I'm enjoying my new vape.)

At first I was very disappointed as my order stated delivered but it was no where to be seen, I thought I was going to have to chase it up with DPD etc. but Olivia from herbalize send me a replacement within a week which she didn’t have to but she did. For this I give 5* and look forward to finally receiving my device.

Prices are brilliant for the most part - and despite most of the items I ordered having to be shipped from the EU warehouse, the delivery was optimal. The option to pay with Klarna is a huge step in the right direction, and other retailers could learn a thing or two just visiting this site. That paired with the variety of vapes here is why this store is first on my list of retailers.

As a side note; I ordered the Dynavap B and it rips, especially as a beginner's vape. Low on the cap for thicker hits, or higher on the cap for tastier, lighter hits.

I was lied to by multiple customer services regardimg my order, promised my order was sent on the 3rd, then promised it had been sent. Turns out all my requests to cancel could have been hounoured as the tracking shows its only just scanned at their depot in Ireland on the 7th. Shocking service to be lied to multiple times.

I purchased the firefly 2 plus and it's the best vaporiser I've ever owned! Some reviews worried me as they talked about how difficult this vape is to master.Well maybe it's just me but I found it straightforward and a breeze to operate. Lovely flavours & nice clouds,it's definitely one of the best vapes around.
My experience with Herbalize store was brilliant,typical of DPD they messed up the tracking but a quick email to Linda @ Herbalize reassured me they had everything under control and true to their word it arrived safely.
I will certainly be buying more from Herbalize store in the future.👍

Order was delivered to the wrong address. No contact number or live chat to address the issue then and there. Refusing to provide a refund. Buy your products from a properly established business who 1) You can contact directly and 2) Don't waste your time issuing a refund.

It's always a risky moment when ordering an expensive product from abroad. But the delivery was fast and with the tracking app I could follow my order which was delivered on time. Great experience!

Should have read reviews on Reddit, Nearly everyone has posted negative and similar experiences. Ordered on a Sunday hoping vaporizer would be sent out on Monday and hopefully be in in 3 to 5 days by Friday. Got an email midweek telling informing that the product was not in stock. I could either wait 2 to 3 weeks, which I wouldn't or get a refund. Baring in mind if you are state side you will be charged just under 6 dollars for a international transaction fee. So not a great experience. Pretty much a waste of time, effort and still waiting on refund. Also had to approve transaction with my banking app as was flagged. Avoid the red lights. Still waiting for cancellation confirmation from the warehouse so I can get my money back which is also taking time.

I bought a Pax 3 as a Christmas present and he loves it! it works really well and it looks great. Herbalize have been lovely, although it only just arrived in time, but that may have been down to DPD and Christmas. The whole experience was good enough that I have invested in one for myself.

I finally purchased the stundenglass gravity infuser and had a problem with a leak. The customer care team was excellent. They made returns so easy. I was issued with a replacement, no hassles, no fuss, just sorted the problem out. I've bought a few items from Herbalize and will continue to do so in the future.

I ordered the new 2022 Crafty+ and was sent the old version. I kindly made them aware and asked for the correct product to be sent when they told me I was wrong, it was impossible and they never stocked that version, which is a lie. They said they "would investigate", never heard back from them. Any reputable company would have exchanged for the correct product. The worst customer service ever, avoid at all costs

The Herbalize Store has a customer for life in me and its not very often that I make such comments but they really do win hands down when it comes to aftersales and customer service their prices are also unrivalled but that is not what this review is about, you can check it out for yourself
Last year I purchased a Davinci vaporizer from them and after a couple of weeks it started to malfunction - They told me to send it back and within a couple of weeks I had a brand new machine which also developed some functionality issues and to my amazement I was told to send it back and again I was sent a brand new one, and although I can’t remember exact dates it also happened again, this was after at least a couple of months so that is 3 vaporizers they changed and sent brand new every time no quibbles excellent aftersales – and I now have a reliable Davinci vape - prices may be very discounted but they are not just box shifters they want the customer to be happy
As I had a very good experience from aftersales with the Davinci I decided to buy the OMURA S1
I ordered one in white and got a different colour, and although I was very satisfied with the product after trying it, I wasn't 100% happy because I didn't want to go through the hassle of sending it back and waiting for another one (I know its only colour, but I ordered one thing and got another)
I contacted the Herbalize Store and explained the situation and also that I am using it for medicinal purposes and didn't want to be without it now and you see this is where they excell at aftersales - They came back to me and said they were sorry for the problems that I had with the OMURA S1 and that they were sending some Flower Sticks and a surprise as compensation
When the delivery arrived I couldn't wait to open it - I love surprises (good ones) and this was a very good one - They sent me not only flower sticks but also sent me totally free of charge the OMURA X1 as compensation WOW !!! Top of the range version
The word unprecedented has been used a lot in more recent times as a lot of things have happened in the world - When something unprecedented like this happens in my world it means a lot so thank you to all the guys at The Herbalize Store for the lovely surprise - Sitting in the garden enjoying it as we speak.
I don't want this to turn into an essay but being totally honest I do prefer the more expensive X1 for me that would be based on flavour and smoothness and that for me is easily achieved with the X1 as you can switch between the Flavour setting or the more powerful effect setting, however in saying that if you want something quick and easy then the S1 is the perfect companion for a walk down the river or before going to a restaurant or whatever you like doing with a little quick enhancement
I have also left the best until last You DONT have to clean the OMURA vapes at all – Yes you are reading that correctly, definitely worth checking out So there you have it wonderful vapes and a wonderful shop to buy them from what more could you want

Was never too keen on vaping till I tried the storz and Bickel plenty. Wow! Never had a vape hit so powerful. Heard many great things about other products and can’t wait for the mighty, especially you can use concentrates and hopefully hash. This site was very helpful and was given a nice little discount too. They also had the spare parts I needed to clean my plenty. Look forward to my order
