I have recently purchased two items from Hersey. (Orders not placed at the same time). Two chains - one cross and chain and one ‘initial’ chain. The chains are lovely quality and the order/delivery process was excellent. I especially liked the wide choice of chain length.

I have purchased from Hersey twice now, my fiancé brought from them too. The personalised engraved products are fantastic, and make lovely gifts. My first order of a men's leather and engraved silver bracelet was perfect. My second order came scratched and Hersey were quick to reply and fixed the product. Thank you.

10/10 for customer service, i read the website wrong and my bangle was engraved on the inside, i spoke to herseys and within 2 days i had a Bangle engraved on the outside at no further cost

Total incompetence, and poor communication and customer service as well. I purchased a gift to be shipped to me in the EU from Hersey. Their website clearly states that orders to the EU take 2-3 business days. After a week I had no tracking, no communication, and asked where my order was. They blamed FedEx for a paperwork issue, but the facts are if they regularly ship to the EU as they say they do that this would not have happened. I had to ask to have my shipping fees refunded, which they did finally. And when they gave up locating the order they finally refunded me for the product when I told them I was reporting fraud. Customer service was not only rude about it, they were useless in resolving anything.

The round deep engraved silver pendant (dog tag) is beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It is a weighty pendant, well made and skilfully engraved - an example of silversmithing at its best. The item arrived nicely boxed and very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the item and the excellent service from Hersey.

I had never ordered from Hersey before but was so pleased with the bangle I ordered for my nephew. Amazing quality and the weight of silver was good too. I had ordered a bracelet that was too big and the customer service was so good. They changed it without any problem and it arrived quickly. Highly recommend this company.

I have brought three bespoke bangles from Hersey and Son. Each time I have ordered a bangle the staff at Hersey and Son have been really helpful and polite, they reply to emails and phone calls straight away. The last order I placed I needed the bangle re-sizing, this was my error, I gave the wrong diameter. At virtually no cost the bangle was re-made, engraved and delivered in super quick time. All three bangles were solid silver and beautifully made. 100% recommend Hersey and Son.

I ordered an engraved silver bracelet which I ordered for my son, before he set off travelling. He absolutely loves it and I wanted to feedback. The workmanship and service was fantastic. I don’t know when I will see my son again as he is cycling/running around the world from the UK to Australia, so I wanted something special.

TEN STARS!! I wish I could give more stars 🌟. Hersey and sons have given me confidence that there is still good customer service out there. I mistakenly underestimated my husbands wrist size for a torque bracelet. I emailed their customer services and within minutes I had a response. I was told how to replace the bracelet, sent it the same day and 2 days later a replacement arrived. The bracelet is absolutely beutiful and my husband is so happy with his 40th birthday present. Thankyou all so much for your help. AMAZING!!

Excellent company and amazing customer service, I bought a pendant chain in the wrong length, emailed and they said return the chain and the will exchange no messing, I would recommend this company as the customer service is top notch.
