I was getting quick replies by the representative, Jericho. This made me feel comfortable in knowing that my problem was being addressed as a priority.

I've purchased one of the pan sets and a large 4.3 lire pan unfortunately, the 4.3 pan had a patch on it where it became burnt and the food would start sticking to it. I tried cleaning it with several different techniques but it wouldn't solve the issue. I spoke to Hexclad and they have agreed to send me a replacement. They acted immediately with no fuss, from complaint to dispatch has been less than an hour. All my other pans are superb, I'm going to put this pan down to my Mrs being a bad cook.

I wrote to HexClad regarding a missing package.
I wrote to HexClad at 4:32 pm. I received a response from Helado C. at 4:38 pm (six minutes!)
Helado C. said that this problem would be investigated quickly.
The next day, I was contacted by Customer Service Agent, Billy E., who found the problem and immediately reshipped the balance of the order. The service I received from Billy E. and the rest of the HexClad Team has far superior to the service I have received from any other company.

My customer service rep, Billy E., was excellent. He responded in a very reasonable amount of time and was clear and concise in his communications. Very professional and customer oriented. Customer Service is everything after the product itself. I will continue to use this product from this point and will purchase future products as well because of the Customer Service I experienced.

I had an issue with some pans I got 2 years ago. The mobile version of the website was frustrating to navigate to find out if the warranty would cover the problem, or even how to submit a warranty claim. Granted, I made the situation harder by not filling out the simple info 2 years ago to register my warranty. I ended up sending in videos and pictures through a general 'help me' type spot. Billy E. Was fast to respond with simple, clear, and quick instructions. I already have my replacements on the way.
Billy took a frustrating situation for me and made it so easy to handle.
Prior to my issue the pans worked great. Easy to clean, non stick works amazingly well (follow the simple seasoning directions), food cooks evenly. As long as you follow the directions, and reach out for help if needed, you can't go wrong.
