Exceptional customer service by Billy E
I ordered a product and then added another product to the order during the checkout process. It went through my credit card, but I received an email that said I owed a balance for the added product. I emailed Hexclad customer service relaying my ordeal and Billy E was quick to track and research, letting me know I was paid in full in short order. I appreciate it so much. If the products are as good as the customer service, I will be ecstatic. Thanks again.

Customer Service
I was originally ordered the 12 set pots and pans. Upon receiving the sets, I was delivered two sets of pots. I immediately reached out to hexclad to fix the issue. Billy E. helped me address the issue and even offered solutions that show that Hexclad cares about their customer and wants to do right by them. I am really appreciative of the help I recieved!

I really enjoy these pans, except the one has some of the covering come off at the rim. So I contaced hexclad and they walked me thru the warranty issues and are now in the process of sending me a new pan. Thank you again for all of your help

What a service!
A delay in delivery meant that I was out of the country when my purchase was supposedly delivered but the person in my home the morning that the post office said they had delivered the package could not find it. I reached out to customer service who replied positively immediately and who will send me a replacement on my return. Great service! Many thanks.

Great Product and Amazing Customer Service
My family and I LOVE Hexclad cookware! There is nothing better! It was great to be able to take advantage of the Black Friday specials to order 2 more sets along with some additional pieces.
