I had a problem with a frying pan bought in 2024 with the black lining coming off at the top edge. The company was excellent and sent me replacement within a few days. Excellent service.

Great customer service

I’ve loved using the pans, they heat quickly and are wonderful to use. I had issues with a couple after a year which have been quickly resolved with new ones sent after sending the images of the faults. New ones arrived within a week and are already getting lots of use, thank you! Great customer service

Superior customer service

My customer service guy, Jericho P., was prompt and exact. I appreciate how precise his questions were. I knew exactly what was required to process my claim quickly. I also liked being able to send a video of my pan’s issue.

Extremely good customer service.

Ordered the 13 pc set on the Black Friday deal. Had an issue ordering and didn’t receive an order confirmation but funds were taken from my account and then started reciving emails asking if I wanted to ‘complete my purchase’c and if I was still interested. I contacted the customer service team and Helado and Tajera supported me in finding my order and ensuring it was processed. They both responded to me extremely fast where both very helpful and I was never given any on the normal ‘we will look into it and get back’ comments we are unfortunately used too. They both kept in touch and kept my up to date where proactive is helping investigate and resolve the issues and my order was correctly completed, I was given links to track my order and delivery set for the next day!! Some of the best customer service I’ve never experienced. I now await my pans and hope they live up to the reviews I’ve seen and Mr Ramsay’s recommendation.

Jericho made getting my replacement pan so easy! Uploaded a video this morning and Hexclad has already shipped my replacement. Highly recommend these amazing pots and pans and the service you're buying along with them.

Trying to process a claim through the…

Trying to process a claim through the website was difficult but once I reached customer service by email the process went pretty smooth. I appreciate the help and that the best pans I’ve ever owned are backed by a lifetime warranty!

Never again

I ordered a large set of pots, pans + wok for Black Friday for €599. I only received a box of pots and I'm struggling with the seller on the next steps. I don't have the money and I only have a small part of the order - which I still can't use because we haven't finished the rest of the order. Never again.

I received my order today-i guess i ordered the wrong pan accidentally. Billy E was kind, understanding and made my experience a 10+! I really value customer service. I will definitely will be buying more Hexclad pans!

I purchased a HexClad 12" Wok back in…

I purchased a HexClad 12" Wok back in December 2022. I recently noticed brown spotting inside the wok, even after cleaning thoroughly and seasoning the wok. I reached out to see if anything could be done and within an hour it was complete. I submitted my proof of purchase and I will be getting a replacement wok. I wanted to thank Jericho for their fast and speedy response on this matter. Definitely excited to continue using their products.
