Awaiting Refund 14 working days after confirmation
Initial experience was fantastic , the covers did not suit arrange a return , absolutely no problem , they confirmed on the 19th of February that they had recieved my return and that it had paseed quaity contol and to expect my refund in 3 to 5 working days - 14 working days later no refund no one answers emails as to why and the phone is never answered

If I could rate 0, I would.
Very bad experience with this company.
Three weeks after my purchase, the issue has not been sorted. I have not been refunded and the item has not been replaced.
Impossible to talk to someone.
This is a disgrace.
They replied to me on my previous review with another name and case. Confusion and lack of professionalism.
Avoid at any cost.
