Never used holiday dukes before so we thought we would give it a try . We had Kimberly dealing with our enquiry as we looking to going to Thailand in 2027 , she is a very patient helpful and friendly lady to which we are very greateful for her help and advice as we kept changing things to suit us better which she gladly adjusted for us . We would definately recommend and use again . Many thnx Kimberly

Kimberly has just sorted my dream holiday to Thailand which is I. November 26
Kimberly went through different stages for me and came up with just what I wanted
Kimberly has been working hard and I appreciate everything she has done
Thanks Kimberly and Holidaydukes.

Arrived back last week from a fabulous 3 nights, 4 days in New York, our agent was Arthur and he was fantastic, as we did not know whether to do New York or Nashville and we kept going back and forth until we decided and Arthur was VERY patient throughout with us :) He was informative of which hotel he thought would suit our needs and he definitely came up 'trumps' with the Riu Plaza Manhatten, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend Holidaydukes and definitely Arthur, we have been so impressed with the service he gave us, we will be in touch for the next holiday - very soon :)

Oscar Bek was very helpful and has created our dream holiday to Thailand next February.
He was incredibly patient with us, as we were quite indecisive to begin with and worked late into the evening to ensure that we could complete our reservation.

The price of our trip is incredible, considering what Oscar has managed to book for us.

I have compared prices with similar companies, and I am very happy to have booked with Holiday Dukes.

I would highly recommend using this service and will definitely be using them again.

Noah is great at what he does , he will make sure you get what your looking for in your holiday

Daisy from holiday dukes has been brilliant nothing too much hassle replied with any questions I had and am really pleased with the price of my holiday

Oscar provided excellent assistance during our booking process. Very knowledgeable and quick to supply information and guidance when we requested it.

Absolutely seamless service from holiday dukes, very responsive to messages, easy way to make payments and kept well informed on travel options and alternative requests during this time of uncertainty travelling to the Middle East. Brilliant company and will be using again, my holiday advisor was Daisy and no question or issue was any trouble for her. Thank you.

Excellent service done in a courteous and professional way by Kimberley, fully supportive without being pushy which was a refreshing change. Also managed to find the best price for what we were looking for so a winner all round. Highly recommended.

Just booked with Daniel, very patient with me the most awkward customer 🙄 sorry. You were fantastic and I hope the holiday experience runs just as good :) review of that to follow x Thanks again Daniel very informative and got everything i asked for and much more. Very happy customer

Noah and the team are supporting us with trying to ensure we safely reach our destination having had our flight cancelled from Phuket to LHR 12.06.2026 with Qatar Airways.

YES, We have had to arrange our extra 6 days in Phuket and have had to agree a price which meant moving hotels.

Noah and his team are working tirelessly to ensure we get a confirmed flight that will get us to our required destination.

They are not making us pay any more money for the flights we have already paid for, they are arranging the transfer once we get flight date confirmation.

Even though we are different timezones we are in regular communications and hope to have our departure date confirmed in 24hrs

Thanks to you Noah and the team and we hope to be provided with our desired departure.

Hi just like to mention Noah was great sorting out our holidays and was great to deal with recommend him 5*

Daniel,
Our holiday agent went above and beyond, as with most we hammered him with questions and scenarios to adjust figures and he rose to the challenge every time
we amended or changed something. A fantastic service provided here and I would highly recommend using these guys for a holiday search as we saved quite a lot compared to main supplier prices.
Good Job Daniel, very well done
