Holidaydukes Reviews

Booked the Maldives for last September through Noah, the whole deal and holiday went through perfectly. So much that we've booked 2 more holidays with them.

I’ve had a really great experience with Holiday Dukes so far. They were always ready to answer my questions—and I had a lot! The team has been patient, helpful, and quick to respond every time. The payment process was very smooth, and they guided me through it without any issues. Most importantly, they found us a fantastic holiday deal. Our holiday is just coming up now, and thanks to them, everything feels well organised. I’m really looking forward to it!

I was a bit unsure at first since I’d never done this before, but continuing the conversation really put me at ease. The service has been excellent so far. My trip is now booked for March 2027, and I’m genuinely looking forward to it. Everything was tailored to my needs, and I appreciate Daniel’s patience throughout.

We contacted Dukes about an advertised holiday on Facebook
Unfortunately it was the wrong time of the year, but they asked when we wanted to go
We told them when and they were very quick getting back to us with a price and itinerary
Very pleased so far 😀

Good deal managed and will use again if the holidays i am looking can be delivered at the right price why not .Thanks to Daisy good communication tool and helpful .

Holiday Dukes Daisy - she was really helpful throughout our booking stage of our holiday. She also assured us and say if we had any questions or concerns she is always willing to help. With regards the payment of the holiday our request was accepted and fulfilled. Daisy is amazing to work with. Keep up the good work Daisy.

Daniel was really helpful throughout the booking stage of our holiday
Reassuring us and show that our holiday was safe with them.
One negative was in his sales pitch you could check your flights was not correct but he reassured us it was

The moment I contacted Daisy at Holiday Dukes the attention to detail, reassurance was second to none. She truly was a gem!
The flights aren't out yet but I've been told not to worry and they will sort what times I want.
Darren called to book and take payment and also great service.
Daisy please dont go anywhere or leave you are amazing and the company should be proud to have u

Just booked our trip for Thailand next year. Daniel was quick to reply and efficient , quick to help make our trip what we requested, not an advertised run of the mill trip. We are having three locations. He really made our booking easy and we are paying monthly so no large amounts to pay out. Thank you Daniel

Kimberly has really worked hard to find me the holiday that I wanted couldn’t have asked for better service. Just the holiday to look forward to now 😊

Olivia was so helpful from the start. Getting me different options for hotels and rooms. All the quotes came through so quickly and she even answered questions at 9pm at night! Super service and can’t wait for our holiday 😁

I have just booked a trip to Bali, and the operator Arthur was very patient with me as I did ask him to look at various locations, everything was smooth and well communicated would use Holiday Duke again defo.

Have just booked a holiday on line ( first time booking one online). Kimberley was very helpful in getting me the holiday I wanted. Would use again.

Daniel was really helpful when booking a trip abroad
Even when I asked for different options on accommodation and flight times
Nothing was any trouble for him and he responded quickly with various options.
Had a great experience dealing with him (Daniel) and would definitely recommend him for your trips abroad.

Very well looked after by Oscar who has been extremely patient with me and knowledgeable and helped book a dream holiday for myself and my family.

Daniel our holiday dukes agent has been an absolute star through this whole journey of booking our family trip to Bali. He has gone above and beyond to answer all questions, getting best deals and giving great advice even when I had a wobble about where we were going he couldn't to enough to give other options and explain everything, I have no doubt I have been a nightmare client due to second guessing myself all the time & he has never failed to respond and help in any way he can. I can't thank him enough for his patience and understanding. Highly recommend and will leave another review once we return. I'm sure we will have a holiday off a life time thanks to Daniel

We booked our trip to Siyam World in the Maldives with Noah who couldn’t have done more for us. Even with the issues in the Middle East, Noah continued to provide options almost on a daily basis when our flights were cancelled. We were fortunate enough to get to the Maldives in these challenging times, all thanks to Noah

We just had to cancel our holiday to Dubai due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East.
Noah was a fantastic help assisting us to do this and also arranged to hold our deposit as a credit for a Dubai holiday next year all being well.
Noah helped us get a great price with a new holiday to Turkey after I found a price at another travel agency. He was able to come with a better price than I managed to find, managed to get us private transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. So far so good using Holiday Dukes.
Hopefully 2nd time lucky getting away on holiday in July.
Thanks very much Noah for all your help.

Thank you to Isabella for arranging our fantastic holiday to Thailand. Her professional and friendly approach made the booking process very easy. She was so patient with me as I changed the itinerary on several occasions. She answered all of my questions and queries. Thank you again. I can’t recommend her enough.

Isabelle was very thorough and helped me through navigating my personalised solo holiday
Swift in her responses
