Holidaydukes Reviews

So far so good! Great price and very patient and on the ball.

Olivia has been great and very helpful. She understood our trip requirements and found us a great package . We feel we are in safe hands and have great support. We would definitely recommend Olivia and Holiday Dukes. Thanks again Olivia

I booked my honeymoon for October 2025 which i had a great experience and my agent isabella made the process simple and easy for me. Due to this, I booked another holiday in March/April 2026 with isabella. The was a 3 destination holiday and isabella sorted me out a great package tailored to my needs. This made my holiday very enjoyable and easy. She also sorted out my hotel/airport transfers which was also very convenient. I would definitely recommend Holiday Dukes as I will definitely be using them again in future.

We were recommended to holiday dukes through a friend who went. As we had never heard of them before and we usually booked through large airline companies, we were a bit cautious at first which is natural. But can confirm they are fully legit, great company, good customer service and everything went really smoothly. Would definitely recommend this company. We went for our honeymoon and the price was the best we could find. Thanks

Great help from Darren - providing a full refund when airline and hotel refused to refund thanks to his hard work. Excellent service

From all 4 of us who were going on holiday but weren’t able due to conflict in UAE - many thanks to Darren Jones at Holiday Dukes for helping us through a worrying and problematic time. He stepped in to provide a full refund from their company funds when both airline and hotel refused to refund us. Darren set up a clear monthly repayment plan to ensure we were repaid in FULL. Thank you Darren from all four of us.

I made a booking for my husbands 40th birthday and since making the booking I have been back and forth over different hotels ect. Its a big holiday because while we are away it is both my children's birthdays aswell. I have the customer that everyone dreads but Isabella has gone above and beyond nothing was ever a problem she has been there through the highs and lows with me and finally made my dream hotel that seemed like I could never have become a reality. I am now over the moon I have this hotel and even more pleased I have had the pleasure to deal with such a fantastic advisor. I woukd deffo advise booking with isabella she is amazing.

Excellent booking for Thailand made with Olivia! Excellent communication via WhatsApp, worked with us to get the right hotels in the right locations. Perfect package at a very reasonable price!

Booked multi centre holiday to Thailand for 2027. Great Comms, all through messenger. Very flexible and willing to amend according to requirements. Not pushy at all. Got a great deal and really looking forward to next year.

Just booked with Daniel at Holidaydukes. Great experience and would definitely recommend. Daniel was so helpful and he created me the perfect itinerary. He was patient and helpful, and booked a very special 60th birthday holiday that we’re so looking forward to. Thank you!

Having seen Holiday Dukes on Facebook, i sent them a message for a quote, Oscar came back to me within 24hrs took our needs into consideration and came back with a great offer for Thailand Mar 2027, having speaking to friends after they also booked on. Oscar was very patient looking at different flight options/hotel to cater for what we needed. Very good service. Will be sure to look for future holidays with them.

Excellent experience dealing with Victor. They know their business very well. Definitely recommending everyone to their website.

Olivia was amazing, always helpful and even managed to book our friends to come along with us

Our friends booked thru this service and recommended us.We were blown away by speed friendlies, and price. Olivia was our main contact and she was unreal super helpful and patient.Dont hesitate just contact them and sit back!

I've just booked a holiday and have been helped through the process in the most efficient and friendly way by Oscar, he constantly updated options until we found the perfect fit. Highly recommended, five stars.

I have just booked with Holidaydukes and the advisor Oscar Bek has been very helpful and informative , the booking process went very smoothly just awaiting all my paperwork to come through now . So looking forward to to my holiday to Thailand

So far so good. To start off with I contacted this company to see if they could offer holidays in 2028, having just had my Thailand holiday cancelled due to the airspace being closed.
I had contact with Olivia and she delivered quick options and tailored our needs perfectly., including upgrading out seats in the flights. I highly recommend Olivia.
The only reason this is not a 5 star review is because we haven't been on the holiday yet and when I made contact about choosing the upgraded seats, so we were sat together, I was told I would have to pay more... I'd already paid for them. I wasn't talking to Olivia at this point though. I rang up asking to speak to Olivia but they said she was busy. I would have loved to thank her over the phone but didn't get that option and I thought the make was abrupt and rude. This triggered my suspicion of the company but I was reassured it was fine with further contact. I just haven't booked a holiday like this before via WhatsApp and then not being able to speak to your agent on the phone. Hopefully we have an amazing time but I can't give Olivia enough credit for her work and the itinerary created .

Victor made my experience with Holidaydukes absolutely outstanding. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. He guided me through the entire process smoothly and made everything feel easy and stress free.

His attention to detail and commitment to making sure everything was handled perfectly really stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied at every step.

Highly recommend Holidaydukes, and especially Victor for his excellent service, you’re in great hands with him.

So far so good. Kimberley has worked really hard to find us the right deal. Even changing things to suit us better. Which we are so grateful for! I was apprehensive at first booking this way as I usually do it myself. I will leave more feedback after the trip.
