Arthur booked our amazing multi trip holiday to Thailand. He has been very patient with us all, considering it was for a group. Thanks Arthur!

Fantastic package and a great price for my Bali trip even when the flights was cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East, Oscar from holiday dukes helped rebook and delt with the refund process good communication through out the holiday all in all a great experience will be using holiday dukes again

Messaged with Olivia. Was a bit nervous about using a company I’ve never heard of before but the Thailand package was amazing! She was very helpful and communication was quick with all confirmation via email. The payment plan could have been explained a bit better as I am still unsure when I need to pay more off, and am still a little nervous about things getting cancelled once I’ve paid it off, however I’m sure they will contact me when it’s due. Looking forward to May 2027!!

I approached holiday dukes not sure if they were able to help me but WOW Olivia has been amazing from start to finish. She helped us plan a month holiday from Thailand to Singapore onto Philippines and then Japan. She met all of our needs and changed anything I didn’t like.
Highly recommend. Thank you

We have just booked our holiday to Thailand through Holiday Dukes and the service we received from Daisy was absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Daisy helped us every single step of the way, answered all of our questions, found out every bit of information we asked for, and made the whole process completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
She was friendly, professional, patient and genuinely went above and beyond to help us find the best possible deal. You can really tell she cares about giving great customer service.
Booking a big holiday can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Daisy made the whole experience exciting and easy. We honestly couldn’t recommend her enough and will definitely be booking again in the future.
Thank you so much Daisy!

Another amazing hoilday

Arthur at holiday dukes is absolutely amazing. We've just come back from our second family holiday with them to thailand. Amazing service and such a amazing holiday.
If want to book a holiday truely recommend Arthur.

Daisy was who helped us to book our holiday to Bali. Although I was sceptical at first daisy reassured me the whole time and was patient with me while booking. She staying in touch through the whole process and made booking it with ease. I was very happy with their service and am excited to go on my dream holiday!!!!

I tried a few agents to pick up my requests to arrange a trip to Thailand for me. I was starting to look and plan myself when I came across Holidaydukes. Daniel dealt with me and straight away made me feel at ease, suggested lots of places and tailored everything around what I wanted. Nothing was to much. I was a bit wary about being scammed as you hear it so often but I was provided with ATOL and ABTA details which I double checked and everything came back good. There was no need for me to worry.
I’d recommend using Holidaydukes to tailor you a holiday which takes all the difficult out of booking. I assure you if you get Daniel you won’t be disappointed

Thank you Oscar for the wonderful service provided to me,Our holiday is all booked and we Definatly use Holiday Dukes again

Our travel advisor was Skylar, sent a message with all the places we would like to visit and within no time at all, itinerary was sent back to go over. Every place we asked to visit was booked . So easy to use, and half the price of big high street travel agents. Secure portal for payments, messages replied to straight away. Looking forward to this dream holiday.

Thank you Skylar.

We were recommended to holiday dukes through a friend who used them. Isabella has been helping us with some quotes for our family of 4 to go to the maldives. She has been veey productive and found us a great deal. We had not heard of them and was dubious about booking with them due to this but rest assured i can confirm they are fully legit, great company, good customer service and everything went really smoothly with the booking service.
Would definitely recommend this company. Thanks
