Holidaydukes Reviews

Skylar helped me plan a dream trip to Dubai and the Maldives for my husbands 30th. She was so patient with me when I wasn’t sure exactly what hotels to book and gave multiple options. Would 100% book with holiday dukes again as customer service was great

Oscar Bek was most helpful when trying to sort out our holiday to Tanzania in Feb 2027.
So much so that we then booked again for 2028 to Viet Nam. Thankyou Oscar🙂

From booking my holiday a few months ago and now having to shorten the package’ then decided to throw a wedding in Kimberly has been outstanding in meeting our every request nothing has been too much trouble she has made the changes clearly and precise 5” service

Booked a holiday yesterday via Whattsapp with Skylar. Prompt answers to my many questions.
and holiday successfully booked. Can thoroughly recommend Holiday Dukes

Great service from Dsisy, I had loads of questions all of which answered swiftly leading to us booking for early 2028! She supplied 3 or 4 itineraries for our trip & we chose the one that suited us. Easy deposit payment transaction & documents with us in minutes. Excellent throughout & we’ve already sown the seed for a follow up holiday.

I have booked my 14 days all inclusive trip to the Maldives, Mia was the lady who sorted it all out for me. 10/10 service! Such an outstanding price and really efficient service from Mia, she clearly is an absolute attribute of the company! I am so excited for my get away, thankyou so much 🫶🏼🥰x

Our dream honeymoon was made a reality, all thanks to Daisy at Holidaydukes.
The trip was truly magnificent. Everything went so smoothly and perfectly. Flights, hotels, transfers everything. It was definitely a dream come true holiday and I didn’t have to plan or worry about a thing.
Even when the flights were going into turmoil with the bombings, Daisy was so patient and looked for alternatives to ensure our trip happened and it sure did, completely stress-free.

Thank you so much, we are truly grateful for everything.

Never used holiday dukes before but came across them on Facebook, so we thought we would give it a try . We had Skyla dealing with our enquiry as we were looking for somewhere to go in 2027 , she is a patient lovely helpful lady. We would definitely recommend and use again . Many thanks Skyla

Up to now it been quite good,iv booked a holiday to thailand for may 2028,so far so good, thanks to oscar Bek

Always an element of worry when booking a holiday when it’s not one of the ‘normal’ well known providers. However, can’t fault the service which I’ve received from Olivia. Great comms, very accommodating, very quick on replies and so helpful which has made it a great all round experience. Now, I hope all the travel booked during my Asia multi-centre package goes as smoothly as the booking process has been from Olivia, if this is the case, I wouldn’t have any problems dealing with Holiday Dukes again. So, thank you so much for all your help so far.

The whole part about finding the right Holiday for me as a solo traveler,Daniel really got me the best deal and the best hotels all Bed and Breakfast which is ideal.i must admit I was dubious about Holiday Dukes as I hadn't heard of them before but I'm so glad I found them and took the plunge as I look forward to 2027 Singapore and Bali 😎

Daniel- give this man a raise!! After weeks of exploring SO MANY different avenues for a surprise trip for my husband, I booked an amazing deal for October this year. Daniel was my point on contact throughout and honestly has the patience of a saint! I asked a million different questions, chopped and changed my my mind several times and not once did he show any signs of annoyance. I was always greeted very politely, friendly and with knowledgable advice and competitive prices. I will no doubt be back again soon!

I have just booked 10 days in Antigua with Skylar at Holiday Dukes. They gave me the best price as I have been looking around for a month. Skylar made the process easy for me and helped me every step of the way.
Thankyou Skylar. ANTIGUA here I come.

Oscar Bek provided a fabulous service from start to end of my booking. Nothing was too much trouble. Text exchanges were prompt and he was really helpful and informative in answering my questions. Thank you Oscar. I’d highly recommend this company and this advisor.

Amazing support from Daisy supporting us to out together our perfect holiday package. Nothing was too much trouble even when we kept changing our requirements. Easy smooth process for booking.

We gave a basic holiday destination requirements which was modified accordingly as we amended decisions between us and Olivia changed all hotels & flights required to give us the best choices possible. We are very happy with the final choices made on the suggestion of Olivia who's help was impeccable.
