Very satisfied with our east africa trip. It was very well organised considering we were a huge group with various personal needs. All our needs were catered for professionally.

We booked a package holiday to the Maldives with Holiday Dukes for five people, due to commence in late March 2026. The booking was formally confirmed as a Package Single Contract Sale under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (PTR 2018). Our flights were cancelled due to regional conflict in the Middle East. What followed was months of correspondence before we recovered our money — and only then through a Section 75 credit card claim rather than any action by Holiday Dukes.

During that process, Holiday Dukes: cited “Flight-Plus ATOL rules” as the governing framework for our booking — a legal category abolished in 2018; attempted to retain amounts varying between £500 and £1,000 of our money in supplier cancellation charges, contrary to our statutory rights under PTR 2018; issued a settlement offer containing a clause designed to extinguish our statutory rights under the same regulations; and provided four contradictory refund timelines, none of which were met.

Our statutory right to a full refund within 14 days under PTR 2018 was never honoured. We eventually recovered our money through our credit card provider. We have active complaints with both ABTA and the Civil Aviation Authority.

We would strongly advise anyone considering booking with this company to pay by credit card and to familiarise themselves with their rights under the Package Travel Regulations 2018.

Olivia our contact has been excellent throughout the whole process. She looked at several different holiday packages for us over a week or two. We are excited for our holiday and trust it will all go smoothly. We did have a price increase in-between the time it took us to decide but I guess that's not Olivias fault.

Just back from an amazing 3 weeks island hopping in Thiland.
Thanks to holiday Dukes for organizing.A few hic ups along way but considering the amount of transfers/ flights hotels we required was to be expected and was easily rectified.

Another luxury holiday booked!! Booked Lapland not long ago for November and I was so happy with the whole experience I messaged Kimberley to see if she could get me a great deal to go back to Maldives next year with my family. She gave me the best deal possible! I must have messaged 10 holiday firms, including direct with the resort and I got nothing like what Kimberly come back with. So all thanks to her and holiday dukes, my dream of going back to Maldives has come true. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough.
