Holidaydukes Reviews

Holiday Dukes popped up on Facebook. Our dream holiday advertised for safari and beach in Tanzania and Zanzibar. I made contact to inquire and the response was quick. Olivia sent through details and the itinerary was perfect. From start to finish Olivia was professional and responsive. All booked and looking forward to next year. Thanks Olivia.

Olivia was amazing in dealing with our requests for our first every trip to Thailand as a family. Responsive and very helpful. Looking forward to our Holiday

We have booked our amazing honeymoon to Thailand with HolidayDukes. Daniel was really helpful and created a bespoke multi destination package for us and included some luxury extras we asked for. Nothing was too much trouble and he put up with my requests for more information, changes to hotels and rooms and has been included a boat trip within the price. Thank you so much, we cannot wait!

Just booked a holiday to Thailand with holiday dukes with Daniel, nothing was to much bother and he made the booking very easy and simple. Also got us a fantastic offer. Highly recommend

Skylar was very helpful arranged all reqs.it was all done very efficiently.very pleased with service will write furyher after holiday thank you

From a great holiday offer we were interested in we raised a few queries with Dan which were answered promptly with details on WhatsApp including changing of flight times and a change of advertised accommodation based on customer feedback. We then had a call with Dan to run through everything which resulted in booking and paying a deposit . We received the full itinerary promptly to sign off . Whole process was stress free and easy

I had a great experience booking my Thailand multi-trip with Skylar. Everything was arranged through WhatsApp, which made the whole process really convenient. Skylar was always quick to respond and answered all of my questions clearly, giving me confidence throughout the booking process.

When I realised I could no longer travel on the dates I’d originally booked, I was worried it would be a hassle to change everything. However, Skylar didn’t hesitate to help and rearranged my dates quickly and efficiently, making the whole process completely seamless.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend booking with Skylar and would happily use them again in the future.

My Travel Advisor Skylar was very patient with all my requests and changes. The trip she has pulled together is perfect for what we need and I’m looking forward to visiting LA and Vegas

Was a little dubious as this is a company we'd never heard of, but reviews looked ok!

Daniel was our agent, dealt with us over email and WhatsApp and tailored our holiday until it was exactly what we wanted, even threw in a few excursions FoC! I made so many changes, but nothing was too much trouble.

Brilliant service, will use them again!

Just back from an amazing holiday to Thailand booked with holiday dukes, the holiday was perfectly tailored to us, all
Transfers between resorts also taken care of and Arthur who I dealt with was amazing nothing was too much trouble, one of the hotels had some building work going on and he informed us of this prior to going and asked if wanted up grades or moved, we moved hotels and everything was transferred over seamlessly, I will be booking all future holidays with holiday dukes due to the ease of booking and having someone on hand via WhatsApp for any questions, thanks again Arthur and holiday dukes x

Holiday Dukes have been superb with me, listening to what I want and matching it to a tailored holiday. From the first contact they have been extremely supportive and patient in the process.
I would highly recommend them for all your holiday needs.
They have been very responsive and nothing is too much trouble, definitely 5* from me

Skylar done a great job finding our dream holiday to Thailand. She was polite and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Just got back from the most amazing holiday in Thailand. From start to finish everything ran smoothly, travelled to 5 different parts of Thailand, which meant transfers including aeroplane, taxi, ferry speedboats. All transfers text day before to confirm. All hotels were stunning and in great locations. Nothing was too much trouble for Skylar our advisor, always in hand to answer any questions.
We have recommended to everyone we know and will definitely be booking again.
Thanks for making our holiday run so smooth 🥰

Our multi venue trip to Thailand was an amazing holiday. Reached out to a few travel agents and we plumbed for Holidays Dukes. We were not disappointed. Isabella our agent was very helpful and always happy to make changes and updates to make the plan better and to fit our needs. Not pushy sales techniques which was very welcome. I am a details person so I was pushing for updates a lot but I got them upon request. Sometimes a bit too relaxed but all was sorted when required. The deals we got plus the good service meant we had a pretty amazing holiday at a good price. Very happy.

We recently travelled through East Africa & the holiday was arranged by Arthur & colleagues We had an amazing experience, especially visiting the countries where I was born & my husband Thank you for arranging a superb holiday which was well planned
