Our technicians were very knowledgeable! They basically rebuilt our 20 yr old GE Monogram! Wasn’t cheap, but much cheaper than a new one. This is the company to contact for GE Monograms!

Dennis was an excellent technician. He opened up the panels he needed to get to you so he can test the components he need to. He gave us a diagnosis in a timely fashion. This was a sign of the guy who knows what he’s doing.

Tech was a pro no pressure no pushing no extra charges his diagnosis was a bit expensive but it was free after we paid 59$ online.

Instant response from the scheduler/dispatcher. Repairman visited in 2 days. He returned after ordered parts arrived -- on a Saturday! Clear communications from the repairman regarding what needed to be repaired and how long it would take. The icemaker was freezing up; now it works like it is supposed to. Good work!

They never turn up to the appointment and don't let people know they also never have the correct stock and always got to rebook the appointment which is a 4 week wait for them to come with another excuse I've been waiting for my blind for 4 months and the cracks in my wall to be sorted and a new toilet they jus came knocked on the door and said they had the wrong part and the will be bk for me to get a txt with a new appointment they are worse than md group

They scheduled a technician for the same day to repair my fridge. He had yo order the part and came back a week later to install it. Very good work. The part was a bit expensive but they have a warranty.
