I was very pleased with my service. He was on time professional and very personal.

He didn't need a part to fix it.
We cleaned out a drain line together and I know how to do it next time.
He told me if it needed the parts we worked on it can be ordered in his warranty.

Fridge brook on Tuesday, called company and they could get a repairman on Saturday. They called later that day and bumped the appointment up to Wednesday. I appreciate the organization that goes into that.

Window was 3 hours (9-12) but technician called about 20 minutes ahead so I knew when to expect them. They were polite and thorough, I’d definitely recommend this company to others.

Oliver came early and started working on the fridge right away. He was kind and considerate, and gave us a quote.

Kevin was our technician and he was very professional and did an excellent job repairing our Viking oven. He came out one hour after our first call and came a week later just as he promised to complete the repair! We definitely will call anytime we need service on our appliances!

This company is a joke. They scheduled me once and never showed up. I called and rescheduled and they again never showed up. I might add both times I called in the morning to confirm and they stated the time was confirmed and they would be there. Not going to lie, worst experience with home repair I’ve had

This whole outfit is a scam, best to avoid them altogether. Today was the third time that someone showed up to do repairs,it wasn’t done.They don’t communicate with each other and they don’t get the job done. They bent a window putting it in, almost every screen was torn, it failed inspection because of shoddy work. Pleeeeeeeeeeese don’t use them

It is a scam from a to z. They created fake webpages and yelp listings. They’ve hired whole call centre on Philippines to answer incoming calls in multiple locations. Their phone representatives lie to customers about their location and license. Yes, ask to come to a store and they will refuse. Ask to provide a license and they will be avoiding it. Their license may be real but it’s still a shady scheme. They operate under different names but their invoices always go to home alliance. While particular workers may offer good repair and maintenance service, in general their business scheme is illegal in the US. They inflate prices for services and parts, especially if they see a wealthy customer. They avoid showing up for maintenance and doing free diagnostic (that are parts of agreement you sign with them) if they don’t see benefit in it. It’s just a marketing trick for them. More over they sell your customer data including name, address, contact details and issue to third parties or contractors not affiliated to them, and then these contractors come to your house you realise it’s not the person who supposed to come initially, it’s just a random guy who paid $200 for a lead with intention to get $2000 for $500 job. It’s not just my case, I’m not just a 1 from 100 customer with bad experience. I know there are a lot of people who’d had problems with them and even started lawsuits. I hope they could get this scam closed for ever. Don’t make my mistake and choose someone else. They are not reliable at all. Use them only if you want pain in the *ss. Doesn’t deserve even one star

This may have been one of the worst service mistakes I have made. Hired these people to do some electrical repair work at my house. After less than 2 months the problem continued. Having paid $350 for the service, I have called at least 4 times to get them back to rectify the situation.
I have never gotten a call back and the work still remains unfinished and not corrected.
I would suggest you think twice before using this service which has demonstrated no regard for the quality of their work and some of the worst customer service I have seen.

Try and cancel.,... Just try... They will keep charging your credit card. don't do it. Just get a regular plumber/etc

My landlord set up an appointment a year ago for Home Alliance to come fix our freezer. They fixed it, seemed a little expensive but I wasn't paying for it so didn't mind. For some reason I signed up for the membership service, didn't use it and was charged 99$ a year later. There is no way to cancel membership on the website, I tried calling and the person on the line tried to convince me not to cancel it over and over again before eventually saying a manager needed to do it and they would call me back. They never called me back, I have tried emailing and they don't answer either. I have never had such a frustrating experience trying to cancel a subscription!

This place is shady. I've been a member for almost 2 years. Haven't had to use them much, but when I do their website doesn't work correctly and they always say "oh somebody in marketing must have done something". Every time I schedule an appointment the actual vendor calls to reschedule because Home Alliance does not check the vendors schedule when they promise a day time. Right now, they just told me my membership did not renew, yet I have an email with the payment receipt from 2 months ago. What gives with this place?

Home Alliance has exceeded my expectations in every way. The technician, John was polite and incredibly knowledgeable, and I respect the honest evaluation and service. It's so nice to know that we can rely on a reliable and honest service provider. The cost was also really reasonable. We will absolutely use them again, and we strongly suggest them.
