What do their plans cover?

Me and my husband love the promotional pricing for a year, we just wish they covered more major repairs. Their pricing is the lowest out of all the home warranty companies we shopped. Our central air conditioning unit stopped working due to a freon leak, and they immediately said they couldn’t pay to repair it. They paid for the diagnostic visit after we paid a $50 deposit and we were able to get an emergency appointment the next day. The HVAC company’s communication was non existent and they had the wrong information regarding our repair, which isn’t Homeserve’s fault, but they should hold these contractors accountable when they do wrong. We pay for the service every month but will it cover any major repairs that arise?

Do not get this Homeserve insurance it’s a scam !

When it came time to payout claim and repair broken sewer line they didn’t payout and rejected the cloak ! 8yrs of Homeserve payments !!
