When it came to finding an estate agent to sell our house I had no doubt who it would be… you need someone who is extremely knowledgeable of your local area, approachable and who knows the market inside and out…. Gianfranco /Hortons is your guy! He sold our house within 2 weeks of it being on the market with offers over. Some say this is the hard part but oh no Gianfranco then had the constant questioning from a pregnant woman about the sale of the property. He dealt with all queries promptly and efficiently - I couldn’t fault him. An extremely positive experience, don’t bother looking anywhere else for an estate agent you’d be wasting your time and money! Cheers Hortons!

Rachel sold an investment house for me. From start to finish she was excellent and guided me through the whole process. Even when the buyer seemed to have cold feet, she picked him up and really looked after his every need to get the sale over the line. I cannot recommend Rachel enough and rate how highly she is. Chris came highly recommended to us when we were considering a few options with the sale of our house. Chris was always on hand to answer our (many) questions, always efficient and couldn’t be more helpful throughout the process. Angela and her team at Hortons were brilliant from the beginning to end of the process to sell my house. When I first met Angela she had given a great deal of thought to how we should market the house and brought lots of info about the housing market in my area. We were able to have a really informed chat and agreed a good plan. The setting up of a Whatsapp group so Horton's could keep me up to date with viewings, offers and then the progress of the deal was a stroke of genius. I always felt totally up to date with what was happening. Finally Angela was brilliant towards the end of the deal when we were a long time ready to exchange and complete whilst other parties dragged their feet. Angela did all she could to get things moving and to put pressure on people to get on and do what was needed. She also had to deal with my frustration as I struggled to understand why we couldn't get things completed!
Thank you Hortons! I very much hope I won't need to buy or sell a house again. However if I did I know which estate agents I'd be picking the phone up to call.

Angela was really helpful and very understanding that we were selling a loved family home. She explained everything very simply to our elderly mother so she could understand what was happening. What can I say, Nicole really went above and beyond for us with this sale. She is the person you want at the other end of the phone to move mountains for you when selling a property. Nicole was the only one who showed any real interest and went above and beyond in helping with advice, valuation, and even information about local trusted trades people. Kept in touch and continued to give advice throughout the 12 month project, and it was a no-brainer that we went with her Hortons for the sale when the renovation ended.
