Great mirror at a good price. Delivery was fast and well packaged.

Ordered a pillow on the 1st of September, it’s now the 14th. The status says the order is “is being prepared”. I’ve emailed twice and messaged on IG but no response yet. So far very disappointed with this company and I’m still waiting on a reply. At this stage, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

I ordered a large mirror, expecting it would take several weeks. It did not! Within days I was sent a delivery date and time, Believe it or not, it actually showed up within a two hour window as promised! The mirror was packed very well with no damage. The mirror itself was exactly what I expected and in perfect condition. I am extremely pleased with my experience all the way around.

Similar to the review left below this is my first and worst shopping experience. I also ordered furniture from House of Isabella, £1000 worth. Was told 2-4 weeks and here we are 6 weeks later with poor delivery delay excuses from sale assistants and “managers”…..

Ordered a floor lamp that was on an estimated 2-4 week delivery. it's now been nearly 6 weeks since my order and I have not received it.
I have sent two emails chasing the item to the email address i'm not allowed to include by Trustpilot in this review, and no one has responded to either. There is no contact number to speak to anyone, which is unacceptable. I have spent a small fortune on this floor lamp, and it's extremely poor customer service, that there's no contact number to speak with you, or that you can't even notify customers, as a matter of courtesy, that orders are late or when they're arriving.

First time shopping experience, and really disappointed. I've no idea when my floor lamp will arrive or if I can get my money back.

Please don't ask me to email you again, as i've already done that twice. My order number is below, I expect an email response with an actual real time delivery update or i'd like a refund #WEB253335

The website is laid out well how you see an item is what it looks like. Packaging was amazing but also delivery was very very quick. I would order from you again thank you.

The site was easy to access. We were pleased with quality of the products. There was no damage to the products during transit and the delivery was sent 3 days after order was placed and arrived 2 days later from interstate. Received the products 5 days after order was placed. We were very satisfied with the service. We would use the online site again.

I ordered a light for my kitchen, it was on offer and a great price. Website was easy to use. Order confirmation and delivery updates were prompt, we were given an option to change delivery date of required, delivery driver arrived, my husband who was supposed to be home wasn't, so the delivery driver phoned me to see where I would like him to leave the parcel. The light was exactly as pictured and very well packaged. Excellent service from start to finish.
