Early days in the process but all seems very clear and helpful, Fatima Bibi and Alex were great and always happy to answer questions when needed.

From the outset House Sales Direct were in contact with us with regular updates, having sold our house within two weeks of it being on the market. About half way through the process, Josh Thain became our main contact and he continued with the fortnightly and then weekly updates. He worked hard for us, contacting the various agents involved and feeding back to us every week. Huge thanks to Josh, who was so efficient, friendly and reassuring throughout. Top notch Josh, you were brilliant 👏🏼 and we would definitely recommend House Sales Direct to all.

My experience with Josh Thain and Sumaiya Kaneza during our purchase was outstanding. They handled our matter with the highest level of professionalism throughout, making the entire process smooth and reassuring.

Our case was passed over from Alexia to Sumaiya who has been so helpful this week, there was a discrepancy with costs we are paying and Sumaiya kept me updated and called when she said she would as well as getting it all sorted for us. I am receiving calls from this company daily 2 or3 times I have asked repeatedly to stop calling I do not want to sell.my house or have ever had any dealings with them so please STOP

I initially contacted this company as I was considering selling my property. They were unable to meet the price I wanted, so I declined their offer. Shortly after, I received another call from someone claiming they could match my asking price. I asked several questions and was clearly told there was no obligation and no fees involved unless a surveyor was booked.

Following this, I was repeatedly pressured with calls to sign a contract. At the time, I was driving on the motorway and had to stop at a service station to review what was sent to me via text. The link I received only showed a signature box with no visible terms or contract details. I raised this concern and was sent the link again, but the same issue occurred. I questioned fees again and was reassured there would be no charges unless I proceeded further. Based on this, I signed but made it clear I needed time to think.

By that Friday, I decided not to proceed and informed the manager directly. I was reassured again that no fees were payable.

However, I have now been issued an invoice for £1,500 and have noticed searches on my credit file, along with threats of a CCJ. This is extremely concerning, especially as I have tried multiple times to contact the company via email and have received no response. No contact numbers either!!!

This experience has been very stressful and feels misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. I am now seeking an urgent resolution to this matter.

This is my first experience dealing with HouseSaleDirect, and so far I have no complaints. From the initial viewing to the acceptance of my offer, the process has been smooth. I am now moving on to the next stage with the solicitors.

Alex has been exceptionally helpful -answering all my questions and making the whole process quick and straightforward.

Never turned up to the house viewing no call nothing and we travelled over 50 miles to the property we wanted to view

I have just proceeded with the next stage of house sale with House Sales Direct and Sumaiya was an absolute dream to work with. She managed the go between with myself and the solicitors and even helped with some miscommunication in regards to ID documents and our personal situation that had already been cleared up. She made everything seamless, absolute angel!

Highly recommend. Fantastic service from start to finish. The team are very professional and outline every detail and are always there when you need them.
