Great game all the puzzles are very challenging and thought out

Our first experience with Hunt A Killer was great, we did the Class of '98 and enjoyed the whole experience. But when I tried to buy a bundle set for Christmas, I ended up getting the wrong boxes. After sending several emails, calling & getting voicemail, messaging on facebook, I haven't had any contact from their customer service to help me. I'm disappointed and frustrated from the lack of returning my messages.

Some of my family members have played these games in years past and have loved them. I purchased a gift card for them this year and never received it. I also never received a response when I reached out to them. Later read in the FAQs section that they are unable to issue gift cards. This company is a SCAM! Why would you offer a gift card option if you are unable to provide that service?!

Regardless of what package you buy, you will be signed up for a subscription that is almost impossible to cancel. Still fighting with them about the $600 they have stolen (though fighting implies they respond, and they don't).The product is not fun; you would be better served to buy a boxed escape room.

If I could give less than one star I would. Horrible customer service. I bought this as a gift for my mother. The six-month series cost more than $200. All communication after payment apparently went to JUNK mail…. Until they processed autorenewal. Then it magically appeared in my in-box. I’m hadn’t heard from the company in six months, so I searched and saw it all in JUNk mail. They REFUSE to refund or reverse charges even though nothing has been shipped. The crazy thing is I won’t even get the merch; the person i gifted it to will receive an expensive gift—- which will be awkward

I enjoyed my subscription but I didn’t appreciate how they restarted my subscription after I paused it without warning me first. I paused my subscription because I was out of the country for a few months, to my surprise they started charging me again without warning me that my subscription was about to start again. I emailed them and they didn’t respond. Unfortunately this experience has turned me off of them and I won’t be returning.

They don’t give money back even if the item hasn’t been received. I’m still waiting after 20 days. They said how they’re gonna send another package but did nothing about that. Very poor experience don’t recommend at all. Just got ripped out of my money. This was literally a robbery and don’t know how something like this is even allowed.

I purchased the Blair Witch Season One box set for a mystery weekend get away with my sister. It came with 6 boxes and we spent the better part of 12 hours working our way through them. The puzzles were cyphers were challenging but solvable without having to reference the solutions. As we progressed through the mystery we frequently had to reference previous boxes, which made the experience even better. I'm looking forward to the next mystery weekend and doing Season Two

The quality and quantity of material you get is excellent. It was very fun and had a good balance between fun and challenging. You really get sucked into the story. The only thing that knocks off a star is the amount of email I received. I wasn't sure if I unsubscribed I'd still get the emails concerning the actual case.

My husband and I got the Blair witch box and honestly it was fun and hard to do at the same time. One of the box’s took us two days to get the answers and one box we needed help. I’d recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a date night idea.

Fantastic company with a top class product. Loved our first few episodes and cannot wait to receive more!

My husband and I were looking for a hobby we could do together. We decided to give HAK horror a shot. We were hooked from the first box and now make it part of our date nights.

The boxes themselves are good, but the company and quality control suck ass. Every time I've ordered, something has been missing, even entire boxes in box sets. Not to mention replacement boxes come without any physical protection so the boxes is beat to all hell. Buy from somewhere else or get ready to deal with horrible customer service and sh** quality control.

Not really worth it. Each box is $30 and you need 6 to complete, over the course of 6 month. Our set had A LOT of decoding a made up language which felt like a cheap way to occupy time with little actual content. One box introduced a suspect only to eliminate him in the same game, so it was a literal filler. I was excited to play this with my friends but we lost interest. Very pricey for what it comes with and not real quality content.

Package has been stuck in shipping for 2 month and customer service is nonexistent. Horrible customer service!

They have been charging me for two years for NOTHING received and will not refund my money or respond to me. The "contact us" link on their webpage is now not working. I am going to BBB immediately. Horrible company.
