2 purchases - both disappointing quality.

I ordered a pair of small hoops for my daughter. The hoops look lovely and delicate however when I tried to open up the hoop there is absolutely no hingeing or give to insert the hoop into the ear. I did manage to get one in, then when trying to take it out the hoop snapped and part stayed in my daughters ear. Very disappointed In the quality.
My daughter was gifted a pair of crescent moon earrings earlier this summer from the same company and she’s just told me that the gems have fallen off.
I’m afraid I will be avoiding Hurley Burley in the future and looking to purchase from other small brands.

I have nothing but good things to say about the huggies I've purchased. The Lock and Key Huggies are the perfect size for same ear piercing. Not to big, not too small.

Do not buy from this website . It’s so annoying as a buyer when a company promises next day delivery , takes £7 for it, sends you an email confirming this and then sends a further email stating you get the product 4 days after purchase. No explanation either .Next day means Next day. This feels like a scam to make extra money from customers whilst only paying for second class post. I wouldn’t recommend due to poor service .

I have tried calling the company this morning but no answer and it says you cannot leave a message. I emailed Hurley Burley yesterday.

Ordered at Christopher chain for…

Ordered at Christopher chain for myself, wore it for a week it broke, rang up chain was replaced. Have now noticed the pendant is loosing colour. I've had this for two weeks. It's a shame it's a nice piece just poor quality

Great customer experience.

Great customer service from Hurleyburley. Ordered a set of earrings for my wife. Website was easy to use and payment made. Confirmation email received and the next day the dispatch mail arrived with a tracking number. Unfortunately the items didn’t arrive due to the Royal Mail losing them. One email to customer service and a new set of earrings delivered as promised tracked on a 48 hour delivery. Thank you. We will be using again.

Earrings not fit for purpose

I ordered a pair of earrings from this company through Not On The High Street. When they arrived one was broken which didn’t surprise me as they were such poor quality. The company agreed to replace them after I sent a photo. The 2nd pair arrived (I paid the difference to get a more substantial pair) but as soon as I went to wear them one of them just came apart so after getting in touch with them I returned them. I thought they were so efficient because they sent me a link to download a prepaid label. They confirmed they received my earrings but after a week I still hadn’t received a refund so I contacted them to be told I wasn’t entitled to one! I had to then contact Not On The High Street to see if they could deal with it. I just couldn’t believe how rude Liz who I presume is an owner was and when it was eventually sorted out she told me it was my fault for having 2 conversations on my account. Surely she had access to my conversations as I did. They also acknowledged the return so they should have refunded me then.
The earrings were very poor quality hence them breaking and not something I would expect and as they are such a small company you’d think they would be more respectful.

Never received my order

I realised I mixed up the delivery postcode with my sister's, I contacted Hurley Burley straight away and they said once the order is returned to them they will post it to the correct address. I followed up after over a month and was told "these things can take time"..I placed my order in early February and now we're in April - I suspect I will never receive my order, Hurley Burley have just taken my money -it doesn't take over 2 months for an item to be returned to sender. Poor customer service, will never order from them again.

We are so sorry to hear this has taken such a long time to arrive back with us, but sadly the amount of time it takes to get a parcel back that has been dispatched with the incorrect address is down to the sorting office it arrived at. There are still lots of sorting offices in the UK which are still suffering with lower amounts of staff causing delays.

When you place an order you receive a confirmation as soon as the order goes through which includes the full delivery address you had entered. If the we had been contacted before the order had been processed and dispatched we would of been able to update the address for you to avoid the delay.

As soon as the orders that have incorrect addressed arrive back to us, we make sure the addresses are updated and dispatch these orders the same day free of charge.

Again we are sorry for the delay in receiving your order and hope this arrives with us quickly so we can get this to you. We urge all customers to double check delivery addresses when placing your order.

Terrible customer service with no…

Terrible customer service with no response!!
I purchased a personalised product on Not on the High Street web site, from Hurley Burley, I entered the details of engraving 4 times it missed the last letter off, on the 5th attempt it showed correct until I got confirmation of order it had reverted back to the missing letter, I emailed immediately!! the following day I got an email confirming correction, only to receive the item incorrect, I have emailed Hurley burley and Not on the High Street twice now and haven't had a reply from either company!!
such a shame as the product is very nice and was delivered promptly in very nice presentation box!!
Very bad customer experience!!!!!

I ordered a locket and wanted to change the wording on it after I’d ordered it. I emailed them and luckily enough they was able to change it and I received my order within 2 days. It’s absolutely beautiful and perfect too.

I can see from previous correspondence that this order was made at an extremely busy time for both us and Royal Mail.

Due to COVID lockdown measures Royal Mail were getting increasingly backlogged in many of their sorting offices throughout the country which meant that our estimated delivery time of 2 days couldn't be guaranteed.

We would happily offer a refund if the item was not delivered after 10 working days as we can totally understand your frustrations.
