I appreciate the timeliness of the order and the very helpful staff. However, email responses should be improved to shorter time lines.

Initially when first time I ordered my product and got it delivered to you Fargo address, someone had forgotten to inform me of delivery being arrived and if items were shipped, but I guess this was teething issue and has been rectified, I have just ordered my second delivery and happy to see that I am beinh informed regularly

Very consistent service.They ship out every Monday and though some goods may come repackaged,you get them in one piece.

Very good labeling of packages. It's very easy to identify them and date they were shipped

I realized that there is no need to use DHL and pay so much when this company and others like Kentex charge less than 10% of the cost. My trial with this went very well and I'm happy to have received my parcels. Their consolidation is top notch

I appreciate delivery of the packages from USA to Kenya but I was charged for delivery from your warehouse in Eastkeigh to Kimathi Street. This never used to be the case. Not sure why I'm being charged now

They will surely go out of their way to accommodate you as a customer. Had a hard time finding the right packaging materials and I spent about an hour with the US personnel locating the correct packaging materials. It was much needed help

I've had my share of problems with a number of shipping companies. Every shipping company out there will delay a package at one point in time. None is perfect but what I loved most about this one is the way they approach their business. You can tell they're really trying hard to get it right. Keep up with the improvements and of course you'll be better at what you do

Had traveled to the US before all this COVID issue and I've been coming across some nice things I'd love to send home. I shipped some items with these guys and I can back up that they deliver. Charges are just the $13.80 they advertise. They also delivered to my house for Kshs 350

They arranged collection of my shipment from the sellers location since the item could only be picked up. They did this through FedEx Ground and it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would have been

They are really great in terms of purchasing on your behalf but if the website doesn't accept their Kenyan credit cards, they'll charge you $5 for every $100 they transfer to the US. It's understandable since I confirmed that's what PayPal charges but I wish it wasn't like that. Amazon purchases were however okay since they seem to accept Kenyan credit cards

The company has a simple yet effective system of letting the customer track the parcels received and those shipped out.

They do provide a dangerous goods certificate when you're shipping chemicals and that makes it easier to clear goods on your own. The paperwork was done very well and our agent did not have a hard time clearing our chemical shipment

This is a great alternative to expensive shipping companies like DHL that are keen to overcharge you on taxes on top of hefty shipping fees. I don't know how they do it but it clearly solves a lot of problems for me.

The consolidation done by the company really saves you money and I guess saves them money too. It's very good packaging and you get your goods in a timely fashion

Service has been very reliable when it comes to shipment of goods. Communication with the US side was very responsive and that increased the level of convenience we got
