I was really impressed with the service…
I was really impressed with the service from Infinity Car Rental at Tulum Airport. Two days before my trip, I was told the Jeep I had reserved wouldn’t be available. However, the team went above and beyond — they checked every option and managed to get a Jeep for me from their Cancun branch.
The service was professional, helpful, and reliable from start to finish. Because of this experience, Infinity Car Rental will be my first choice every time I travel to Tulum.

At Cancun airport
At Cancun airport, the agency refused to give me the car I ordered on the internet unless I purchased additional liability insurance above the minimum ($750,000 pesos) required by Mexican law. I left without a rented car.

To be honest l rented a car in the Christmas holiday season, the cost was the most affordable within all the companies that offer the service in Tulum, the car, was not the best it was a little bit old with several details, but for the price and to be used as a transport between all the touristic zones, it was ok, if the price continue being competitive for sure I will be a customer

Great experience! They answered all my questions immediately. When I had an issue with the car they sent me a new car right away. This will be my 3rd time renting from them. I highly reccomend.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena
Mi experiencia fue muy buena, la unidad se encontraba en perfectas condiciones, limpia y con combustible. El personal fue atento al señalarme todas las características de la contratación y coberturas que eran necesarias, muy amables y rápidas.
El desempeño del vehículo fue muy bueno, no tengo ninguna queja. Incluso cuando hice uso de las asistencias la respuesta fue eficiente.

Une heure de retard pour être récupérer à l aéroport. Ma réservation signalait "rien à payer sur place," l employé ne voulait pas donner la voiture sans que nous payons une assurance en plus de celles que nous avions et qui légalement suffisait . Nous avons dû débourser ,300 dollars. Nous ne pouvions pas faire autrement avec les enfants et aucune autre agence et j aurais perdu l argent de la réservation.
Le service client temporise ne fait rien
Le dernier jour, ils veulent faire payer le nettoyage.
A fuir absolument.
Bandits, brigands, voleurs organisés = mafia !

When I arrived at the airport I was greeted immediately
When I arrived at the airport I was immediately contacted through WhatsApp where the driver would meet me to take me to the nearby office to pick up my rental.
The office was very kindly and my car was running and air conditioning was running ready to go. The car was brought to me, not me having to roam around and find.
Returning the car was just as easy.
Will use this company again.
