I had a problem with my printer not drawing white ink. Paisley pointed me the direction I needed to go to get it back up and running. I've had a couple of self inflicted issues with my printer but, Paisley and the other tech were able to get me going quick both times.

I was having difficulties getting the images to finish printing and Paisley took the time out to help me and walk me through it all and now I am back to finishing my projects. Great customer service.

I kept getting error messages every time I printed on my L1800 and Paisley was incredibly helpful and after a few little things she had my printer back working! Hoping these fixes stick!

The dtf printer has had many problems and I really don’t like that the customer service is over night but I haven’t spoken to some really nice customer service people. ❤️

Inksonic has sent me a busted DTF printer, missing parts, it took weeks to get the missing parts. Printer worked for a short time, then more problems. Worked with Inksonic, on issues. Telling me I needed new parts, only for parts to get lost in the mail with fedx ultimately promising me a full refund or a brand new DTF printer. They continue to give me the runaround today. Now I possess a $3000 paperweight.

Pasliey was such a great help. She tried everything she could to get me back up and printing. She sent videos of how to do what she was needing me to do that was very helpful

I reached out a tech and she was amazing she helped me a lot her names is Paisley if you need help ask for her she tried everything and she helped resolve a problem::. 100 ⭐️ for Paisley

I would like to thank you for Inksonic representative for helping me with my concerns. They answered all my problems about the product I bought. They help me fix it. Inksonic customer service is the best, especially Paisley who helped me solve my problem. And because of her I learned how to fix and resolved things I never learned before how to fix.

I have had the best customer service since i got this printer, i have had issues, and every single time they were resolved by customer service, you could not ask for more prompt and courteous assistance, Paisley was my assistant tonight and was truly amazing, fast and very ,very helpful, she should definitely get a big bonus.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!

It took 10 days to get the printer and it was delivered in a broken crate and in its side. Several parts were broken or missing, including the stop button. InkSonic wanted to send me a new button to install myself instead of replacing the printer and dealing with FedEx. I can’t remember having a worse customer service experience anywhere. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company and have been refunded the full purchase price. Looks like I get to keep a worthless broken printer too.

They fix the white color machine and the vibrant colors too , Ian so happy with Paisley, his customer support is amazing.really appreciate.

Paisley saves me again! I was having difficulty getting an image to print and within minutes of chatting with my friends at Inksonic, the issue was resolved and I’m back up and running. Love my Inksonic printer and the amazing support from their team of experts.

Customer service is Stellar. And That’s so important when you’re new to this. I love my new printer! It took me a minute to research and find the right one. I am so glad I chose this brand. It has not disappointed

They were very nice and fast responding with also solving problems. I contacted them by WhatsApp and they were responding fast than I thought.

Since I’ve gotten my printer every time I need help tech support is always there to work with me. Makes my job more easier since I’m not all that tech savvy. Thank you tech support.

Very bad printers they sold me a printer that did not work and still want to charge me for it and also had me working on the printer after I told them I was not a tech and do not follow there rules this company is a scam be aware do not buy they will rip you off

Printing stopped working in the middle of printing. They will try and get you to repair it over the phone. If that isn't possible they will tell you to ship it overseas and wait for repairs or you can return for a refund but because you put in ink you will only get some of your money and be without a printer. These are supposed to be brand new printers. SCAM to say the least. I repeat do yourself a favor and don't buy.
