I had a problem with my printer not…

I had a problem with my printer not drawing white ink. Paisley pointed me the direction I needed to go to get it back up and running. I've had a couple of self inflicted issues with my printer but, Paisley and the other tech were able to get me going quick both times.

Inksonic has sent me a busted DTF

Inksonic has sent me a busted DTF printer, missing parts, it took weeks to get the missing parts. Printer worked for a short time, then more problems. Worked with Inksonic, on issues. Telling me I needed new parts, only for parts to get lost in the mail with fedx ultimately promising me a full refund or a brand new DTF printer. They continue to give me the runaround today. Now I possess a $3000 paperweight.

I have had the best customer service since i got this printer, i have had issues, and every single time they were resolved by customer service, you could not ask for more prompt and courteous assistance, Paisley was my assistant tonight and was truly amazing, fast and very ,very helpful, she should definitely get a big bonus.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!

TERRIBLE customer service!!!

It took 10 days to get the printer and it was delivered in a broken crate and in its side. Several parts were broken or missing, including the stop button. InkSonic wanted to send me a new button to install myself instead of replacing the printer and dealing with FedEx. I can’t remember having a worse customer service experience anywhere. I filed a successful dispute with my credit card company and have been refunded the full purchase price. Looks like I get to keep a worthless broken printer too.

Many technical checks we guide our customers through are simple steps designed to quickly identify the cause of the issue, they might require some hands-on skills and basic troubleshooting, and these help tech determine whether the problem can be solved immediately or should go with a better and easier alternative.

This approach is a common practice in our industry because it often saves customers time and cost, and in many cases, the issue can be fixed within minutes remotely. We never expect our customers to act as technicians; our support team is there to guide and assist every step of the way and provide specific solutions.

DO NOT BUY!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!

Printing stopped working in the middle of printing. They will try and get you to repair it over the phone. If that isn't possible they will tell you to ship it overseas and wait for repairs or you can return for a refund but because you put in ink you will only get some of your money and be without a printer. These are supposed to be brand new printers. SCAM to say the least. I repeat do yourself a favor and don't buy.
