After filling ink sacks on my l1800 dtf…
After filling ink sacks on my l1800 dtf printer I noticed my red light going solid and the printer would keep stopping I had no clue. I got a tech on the chat and instantly got all the answers I needed. They noticed I had spilled access on my cables wicked caused other issues. They walked me through each step and I was so impressed with the help with each step assembling and finding more issues I had no idea I could do the maintenance but the tech support gave me all the confidence I needed These people are very dedicated!

I was having trouble printing, but Paisley was so very helpful. Yes I am new to this DTF printing stuff but she made me feel like a pro. It was very comfortable speaking with her. I would definitely work with her again… thanks Paisley for your (heart) work

Phenomenal Experience
Printer settings was a little hard to set up initially, but we are not very tech savvy. But their customer service and tech support was superb!! Got it going in about 30 mins. Machine itself is wonderful. Each to assemble and setup. Great experience all around. And Cherry was our tech. She was wonderful. Video chat, text chat, picture chat…she did them all to help up getting everything zeroed in. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Jessica was so much help! She got my problems fixed in a reasonable amount of time and explained things to try to fix the problem in great detail.
BUYER BEWARE
Our printer was delivered on September 1st and it hasn't printed since. Out of the box the printer didn't work and many hours were spent "chatting" on WhatsApp. We were able to send it back for repairs. Fast forward, the printer was unboxed and STILL doesn't work correctly. The printer will not print white behind the image. We were sent a video of the printer printing, but it didn't print white. Same problem we currently have. The team will respond to you quickly in WhatsApp, but the response is always the same--will have to check with our backend team. We have spent several hours on "chat" and sending videos all for the printer to STILL not work. Not to mention, we sent a BRAND NEW never used printer in for repair and in return we got a damaged printer--there's a screw missing from the inside, scuff marks up the outside and ink stains all over the inside and outside.

I was having some difficulty with the printer, but Cherry was incredibly helpful and stayed with me until quite late. I highly recommend her assistance!
I was stressed out!
I was stressed and aggravated by the time my call with Paisley started but Paisley was incredibly patient and helpful. She helped me work through several hiccups I encountered while trying to set up my new inksonic printer, and software. It took several hours but she stayed with me the entire time. She made sure that I understood how to use the printer and that I was able to start printing right away. Paisley went above and beyond.
Very Good & Reliable Customer Support
I was quickly connected with a Technician. The Technician was very helpful and immediately connected to my computer via TeamViewer and reviewed & verified my settings, then ran a test print. After a successful test print, he/she gave me advice on print dimensions (reduce to 11.8 width) and my prints seem to be back to normal. At such a late hour (for me), it is wonderful to know that there is good and reliable customer support available.

I was really struggling with getting my printer up and running. Before purchasing i did a lot research before purchasing and what i liked most about inksonic reviews was their customer service. Everyone mentioned how excellent it was. Well i witnessed it first hand! Had an appointment with Gina and she was amazing! She did everything that needed done and my printer is running at 100%! I was very pleased with her support and I won't hesitate to use her again in the future !!
