Process was very easy to follow on-line. Mike was brilliant as I was unable to print the return label on-line, he emailed me an general return label and all I had to do was add my order no to the label. I was notified when they had received it and the money was in my account the next day.

Easy straight forward, quick and easy transaction. Mike was very helpful, though the price offered on two of the phones was reduced due to the battery in one failing the drainage test and the camera rings on another being scratched. All in all a good experience and would use them again

Do not send your phone to this company. I strongly recommend reading the other reviews before using their service.

Be aware that, based on my experience, they carry out a battery test after receiving your phone, which can then be used to reduce the price from the original quote.

I had a very rude conversation with a male representative who repeatedly spoke over me. He then asked me, “Can I ask you a question? Why do you think it’s acceptable to send a phone in that would fail an Apple battery test?”

The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

I will be taking this matter further and raising my concerns on behalf of others who may have experienced similar issues. I believe customers should be fully informed about the assessment process and any conditions that could affect the final price before sending their devices in.

I strongly encourage anyone considering using this company to read the reviews carefully and make sure they fully understand the terms and conditions before sending their phone.

I have now sent two items, one Samsung mobile and one old mini iPad. I wasn’t surprised that the original offer for the iPad was lowered but I received the exact amount quoted for the mobile.
I had tried another company who buy these types of items but Innofinity certainly beats them for customer service and quick payment. I certainly recommend them.

I had a great experience I was sent a free label to post my item which was poor condition and faulty I received an email to explain about that and was offered a fair price the money was sent in my bank quicky I do recommend this company they are trusted and kept me up to date with emails
