Don’t believe the price advertised on the website, even if your phone is in excellent condition! Unless you've never charged the phone they knock money off for battery depletion and it’s a big amount they knock off my price went from £80 to £25!!

Sent my Apple Watch Ultra last week and was due £225 for it. Mike came back to me to say that after a 10min battery check the battery had apparently drained 8%. This was a tad unbelievable because I wore that watch daily and would notice such a drop.

They offered me £110 which I rejected and asked for it to be returned un tampered. My offer then was increased £20 which I rejected too. Got a further offer of £150 which I took, but this was only down to necessity and it was lowest offer I would’ve took. Mike was a nice chap but I’d be weary of sending items you think you’ll get top prices on.

Absolutely did what they said! Sent them an unreliable/ broken iPad and they sent me the money on the same day they got it.

I needed to change my iPhone7, as most of the apps I used needed iso16 or above to run. But I didn’t want to get into a long contract, so looked for a refurbished one and found Innofinity Worldwide. There were options as to memory size and colour, and the cost was very reasonable.
The phone was dispatched the same day and I was kept updated with delivery and it arrived 48 hrs later. The phone was in perfect condition, with very little noticeable wear and tear.
I transferred my iPhone 7 sym without any problems. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a replacement phone.

Smooth experience from when I first clicked on their website. Everything explained clearly and communication effortless. Would highly recommend to anyone trying to get something back on their pre owned devices.

So i sold my samsung s26 ultra that i bought outrightly to Innofinity. On receipt, they offered £500 which was lower than the price i sold them for because their "checks" flagged the device as high risk as it was deemed to be under contract/finance.

I had read reviews before hand and i forsaw this coming. I replied to their email and attached my invoice from samsung, an email that my trade in has been completed and a screenshot of my bank receipt to samsung. Full payment agreed was immediately sent.

Giving them 4 stars because their "checks" seem dodgy.

I’ve been using Innofinity Worldwide for a good few years now, mainly for trading in old devices whenever I’ve upgraded, and I honestly can’t fault them.

The first time I used them I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but it all went pretty smoothly. Got a fair price, instructions were simple, and everything was processed without me having to chase anything. Since then I’ve gone back every time I’ve had something to trade in, and it’s been the same experience each time.

What I like is that it’s just easy. You send your device off, you’re kept updated, and payment comes through when they say it will. No awkward back-and-forth or surprises. Over time that kind of reliability is what’s kept me using them.

I’ve had a few different devices go through them now, and every time it’s been straightforward. It’s rare these days to find a service that doesn’t overcomplicate things or try to change the deal halfway through.

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but after using them for this long I feel like it’s deserved. Keep up the good work!

I was offered £210 by Innofinity for my iPhone 12 Pro Max while Back Market offered £120. Not surprisingly, I went for the higher offer. No problem with the return, but the company then informed me that the battery had failed a test and the phone was assessed as "poor" with a revised offer of £90. I have previously dealt with Back Market and always received the estimated value and I pointed this out to the (very civil) Mike. He promptly came back with a better offer of £110 which I accepted.

Payment was almost instant, so no complaints there. But I have since checked on Trust Pilot and found others with similar stories. I will not use Innofinity again and will probably accept the more honest assessment of Back Market. even if th offer is much higher from Innofinity Thanks to Mike at Innofinity for his prompt and seemingly caring feedback. A professional snake oil salesman if there ever was.

I've sold a few phones through this company before and have always received consistently good service. They are quick to respond and I am always kept informed throughout. The money always arrives promptly. Definitely recommend.

I had a iPhone for 6 years, the majority of which I didn’t have a case even though I am very clumsy! Essentially, my phone was heavily damaged and the back of the phone was covered in cracks in the glass, one going right through to inside of the phone. The screen also had a crack. Understandably, Apple weren’t interested in a trade in to help with buying a new phone and I had resigned myself to thinking I would just have to recycle it. Thankfully, I found this site. I was honest about the damage and they quoted me £30! Considering I was going to give this away I am very happy to actually get something for it. All I had to do was package it as the postage was paid for and Royal Mail even came to collect it from my home. Innofinity have reviewed the phone quickly and sent the £30 immediately. I am very happy and will definitely use this company again.
