Do not use. I read the reviews on here and some good some bad so I decided to give them a go as generally good reviews. I tried to sell my iPhone14 which was in immaculate condition and met all the criteria mentioned online to meet what was required for full payment due to condition. What they didn't advise is your phone needs to pass a battery drainage test, and although my battery health met the criteria advertised online they went from the Full £247 down to an offer of £100 and then proceeded to increase the offer when I declined. I wouldn't trust using them again and got my phone returned and received full amount offered from Mazuma no questions asked.

Excellent experience so far, fair, honest and speedy!

Was able to sell very old iPhones that other companies would not make an offer on. Online assessment was simple, postage straightforward, email confirmation (and revision of offer) was clear and fair, payment made promptly on the day of offer.

After my experience with Infinity, I would not use them again and would advise others to be very cautious.
The first device I sent was my daughter's iPhone. I packed it quickly and didn't properly inspect it beforehand. When they received it, the original quote was reduced due to scratches. As I couldn't be certain whether those marks were already there, I accepted the revised offer and gave them the benefit of the doubt.
Later, I sent my Samsung Fold 6 after seeing that Infinity was offering the best price compared to other recycling companies. This time I made sure to carefully inspect the phone, clean it thoroughly and take photos before sending it. The phone was in excellent condition, with only one small scratch on the main screen.
Despite this, I received another reduced offer. When I challenged the downgrade, Infinity sent me photographs showing a Fold device covered in scratches. The phone was switched off in every image, making it difficult to identify, and the condition shown in their photos looked nothing like the device I had sent. I compared their images with the photos I had taken before shipping and showed both to several friends, all of whom agreed there was a significant difference.
Infinity explained that their inspections are carried out under specific lighting conditions and that because my photos were taken with the screen switched on, many scratches would not be visible. I found this explanation difficult to accept given the condition of the phone when it left my possession.
The biggest issue is that once the company has your device, you're put in a difficult position. If you reject the revised quote, you're left worrying about getting your phone returned and whether it will come back in the same condition. That pressure alone makes it easier to accept a lower offer than you believe is fair.
While Infinity may advertise some of the highest trade-in prices, my experience was that both devices I sent were downgraded after inspection. Others may have had different experiences, but based on mine, I would rather accept a slightly lower quote from another company than risk going through the same process again.

They received and inspected the phone quickly however they offered a vastly reduced price to the original quote.
We have time/date stamped video footage of the phone and the phone being packed in iPhone box, bubble wrap and then another box. We have the time it was received by the post office only a short while later. It was in excellent condition.
The photos they sent are not the same phone, there are scratches all over it which you can clearly see from our video were not present.
I’ve asked them to return the phone. I expect it will arrive damaged and scratched.
Scam company, do yourself a favour and avoid.

Easy experience overall, was kept up to date of when they received my old phone, within a couple of hours of receiving it they had sent the money to me!

Refused to send a watch we paid for for our autistic special needs daughter

Had to involve ebay and force them to send after nearly 2 weeks it arrived

He ignored the messages and when we left feedback spent the next 24 hours abusing us non stop in spite of me saying I'd call police and Trading Standards

He's unhinged and dangerous

*edit he's still abusing us and won't stop, every day he's back at it
