Good app and easy to use
Waste of money
For me it was just a waste of time and money. I wanted to use it as a seller on Amazon. Nothing was getting uploaded due to errors that needed to be fixed. What’s the point in paying for an expensive intergration if they don’t really offer automated solutions? The only items that ended up getting accepted from Amazon (very few) no one wanted to buy or I had to delete them anyways because I couldn’t match the price with other sellers. My advice is you’re better off doing everything yourself!
Nonexistent support
Support is nonexistent. For the pricing they offer, the should at least have someone to reply to support emails.
Terrible Service - Wasted Money
They can't keep up with their promises, I got updates twice a day and they were always incorrect, the inventory was always off, inventory source reported zero in stock, after checking with the supplier it was 1079 in stock, this happened daily. Some of the sku's didn't even exist. Bad enough paying them monthly for bad info, they only provided sku, no pictures or descriptions of the products. Waste of money !!! And to top it off they will threaten you with deleting the couple of products that you worked hard on providing correct information on if you don't continue paying for the bad service. After I blocked their access to my shopify, they still went in and deleted my inventory and deleted my sales channels I set up. They are not to be trusted with you login code.
This company sucks!
This company is awful!! I started my e-com business using them and will be switching to a competitor by the end of my current billing cycle. When the product works as designed it's pretty good, however the support is horrific. They really don't give a sh!t at all about fixing your problems and it's a constant steady stream of empty promises. "we're taking this very seriously and working around the clock to resolve". My ticket that was escalated as a priority engineering ticket has been open for 3 weeks. I haven't gotten a response or update in over a week. Can't urge someone enough to avoid this company and look elsewhere!

Customer service is professional, I don’t believe they are really that amazing but they are legit. I asked for a refund as they had trouble with their Shopify app. They gave me a full refund. So customer service 8/10 the actual service is probably 6/10

Integration with the marketplace I use does not work. I had to expose information about my store to let them fix it. On top of that, the information supplied to integrate with suppliers is shady. The most disappointing was that if you cancel the subscription, you will not get refunded. They will let the term expire. What good does that do if I am unsatisfied?

Disappointed, this is not full integration process, all products goes with errors because in price, weight, cases numbers. I am loosing money and reputation because of their promises. Their service do not do anything about errors and they don’t offer you month for free for this reason.

Inventory Source has been an absolute disappointment for me. Their promise of seamless product synchronization fell flat, leading to constant confusion and frustration. Moreover, their tendency to cancel orders without warning left me and my customers high and dry. Add to that their sluggish refund process, and you have a recipe for disaster. My advice? Avoid Inventory Source like the plague if you value your peace of mind and your business's reputation.

Inventory Source has streamlined our process for inventory management with an easy to use software system that features straight to the point editing of product information with their catalog system. This is a great feature as it happens before importing to our store and Inventory Source never forgets that we have made a change, so no more continuous fears of accidentally overwriting our customizations.
In comparison to most inventory systems, this one features built in integration with the supplier, so no more importing product feeds and sifting through the mess. Just be sure to pay attention to your supplier feed and see if inventory source offers a "premium" one for your supplier. These are managed, already sorted and variation linked. Huge time savor!
My only let down on inventory source is the price of automation on order completion. The little guys of the industry cannot afford it, and with other systems that can do this by default, for free, it feels like its almost worth it to ditch the leisure of your software. However, we love the simplicity of management and won't be doing that. Just something to consider.

Inventory Source was exactly the type of service and product I was looking for to help manage my e-commerce business. They also already integrated with the major suppliers and channels I was using. There have been times when I had to contact support because of issues with the syncing, and they have responded quickly and were helpful and able to help resolve the issues. Thanks Inventory Source!
Ive had pretty good luck with them
Ive had pretty good luck with them, Cust service has always helped me...My only issue is duplicate listings and items going in wrong categories when uploaded...This isn't inventory sources doing...the suppliers don't have the same categories as the platform I'm selling on so it can be a pain sometimes

I am surprised there are so many poor reviews. My company has been using Inventory Source for many years, and only had a few hiccups along the way. I recommend them.

waste of time and money. looking for good profitable products for almost 2 months unable to find good profit margin products I found are gated they are almost having price higher than Amazon hardly find 1 to 2 products. Waste of money to purchase the package
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. They never got an integration right. I had products in my store from other store owners - who were using their service. THIS WAS A NIGHTMARE. Constant emails about them not being able to do their job. This honestly was the biggest dissappoint and waste time - I've ever had to be bothered with.

I use this service and so far very happy with it but there is one floor that is very frustrating, you can't run a price, quantity and description update without a full resync . This would be amazing if you could update just the description rather than having to run a Full sync which deletes all your tags and you have to start again
Can't change variant images - Not Happy...
I'm using this service joint with a wholesaler JM. One fundamental issue with this system is that they do not allow you to edit a product variant image! It's such a basic bit of functionality we need, yet not possible.
