I have a pretty good report of Inventory Source
They are always fast to help me, they have good customer support and most of the time can answer my questions. It is hard sometimes to get items figured out on Amazon. A lot of items will not populate from Inventory Source to Amazon from our suppliers and I just don't know how to do this myself.
Also its nearly impossible for us to get items from our suppliers to eBay.

My company, SystemsDirect.com has used Inventory Source for around 10 years or more before current ownership. It is a vital part of out online business. They have greatly improved their system, website and added new data services Unfortunately, over the years, we have encountered many issues with their core product, which is their supplier's data feeds, which have been plaqued by inaccuracies, such as incorrect stock counts, products still in feed that were discontinued with stock still showing and other numerous issues too many to explain. These inaccuracies between what their feed and the supplier show, have cost us real money with order cancellations, refunds (eat credit card and PayPal transaction fees). Not to mention customer disappointment. Order cancelations caused by these issues also damages my company's integrity and trustworthiness. In addition, when there are issues, their support sometimes fixes them and explains reasons, but numerous times, they say they cannot find the problem and their solution is to do a full feed update. Lately, we have not had that many issues with data in our supplier feeds. So, Inventory Source is a mixed bag for us both good and not so good, but we need them.

The software does what it says but there some things that need to be improved such as it does load the image all the time. It will be great to have a better filtering system instead of showing all the items with zero inventory. I wish the price was a little less but I can’t complain it save me a lot time. Thank you

It works great to add products to my website and eBay and have inventory synced twice daily. No more worries about inventory being out of stock.
It much easier then trying to add thousands of products one by one.
But, I have categories that have started showing up with no products in them. I have to delete them twice a day since they are categories that don't match with my categories.

I have used Inventory Source for years with my inventory feeds to my marketplace accounts. They are an excellent resource and highly value the service that is provided to me. To not have to manually keep up with my listings - is a HUGE time saver! Highly recommend!
Inventory Source is a great platform
Inventory Source is a great platform, except you can waste a lot of time and money to discover the suppliers are bad, the feed insufficient or that shipping can't be done and you wasted months of work and costs.
Integrating the service and launching right away can be a disaster. You need some business accumen to minimize bad reasoning.
Unfortunately, IS does little to vet the suppliers they offer. They don't check if they have quality photos (or any photos at all), product descriptions, and other vital details that hugely affect your ability to sell and make profits.
I also found that the feed from IS was not always current. For example, the product photos were horrible from the IS feed while the company's own website had good quality products. This is not helpful if you sell online. Once I went through paying subscription fees and a lot of time structuring the site and pulling product inventory, I discovered that the suppliers product descriptions were not even processed by IS platform! In other words, completely useless to have only a title, images and prices if you can't even get descriptions, tags and variables imported in the feed. And this is of course based on the lack of understanding by the developers of the service.
The flexibility to adjust prices is also poorly developed. IS basically focuses on bulk rules while there need to be much greater fluity. Reality is that suppliers do not offer 100% markup on all items. The lack of flexibility means some products will be overpriced on your website while others will be underpriced and creating a loss.
If they adjusted it with more sensible features it would be a great platform and I would signup in a heartbeat.

we are have issues with tech support, they are messing up the feed and not supply us with the correct feed after 30 emails going back and forth with them, never been helped, they will respond with a generic answers, there is no way you can get in touch with them, they are ghost company, no address, no accountability what so ever. that last thing i got close to is schedule a tel call for 1 week ahead and when the time came, they never answer the call.
this is some serious issues here, i never saw any article about the company as far as who is the CEO, management,

My amazon account has been suspended due to inventory source and USDirect
First of all, I used inventory source and Us direct.
The sister company of Us Direct inventory source.
I connected Us Direct to my amazon account via inventory source.Once most of the products in Us Direct are higher than the prices on amazon.com. Apart from that, some of Us Direct products are loaded incorrectly to amazon. There were a lot of problems like errors.
Last but not least, the biggest problem for me and the problem that makes my account suspended is that some brands in the Us Direct catalog are banned in the amazon by the brand, so complaints were made to my account. it does not open and the $ 2300 money remained in my amazon.com account and amazon does not send this money.

Great company to work with. I like how easy it is to work their site. The integration works seamlessly. I have been using them for about a year with no issues..
I would like to add that they have always responded to any questions or requests and provided solutions at any time of the day. I don't particularly want to talk to anyone else. I already do that on phone. And, I have maybe even harass when something beyond control. Even something i unwittingly did, and come and fix things. That to me is true loyalty and really caring. I have had them for 1.2 years, I don't have their full automation package. I don't require itm I can do things well my damn self. Point being, they will go above and beyond, and that is nothing you can expect from similar companies. I'm hard to deal with, but they will take care of your business. I promise you that. That's a guarantee. And, if you wish to test the veracity of my statements, then focus on the fact that I know I'm a difficult person expressed by many. So, I'm not telling you to be difficult lol. God no. I'm just trying to evacuate the fact that they will make anything right. Or, at least help you. That's a real unbiased review. I have no issue on saying it how it is and how I feel; especially, when it's absolutely necessitated. And, yes this is how I speak

One of the worst customer support…
One of the worst customer support experiences I've had in a long time. Very difficult to get hold of anyone via email. No phone number and their live chat is never live... In my experience over 2 separate occasions, support enquiries were dealt with painfully slowly over a number of days for issues that could have been resolved within 5-10 minutes had they been on live chat or had a customer service phone line.

Too bad ZERO stars is not an option
Too bad ZERO stars is not an option. They use offshore developers that have ZERO clue about how business works in the real world. For six months I have been trying to get them to fix ONE issue. That one issue makes my most profitable products fail to transmit to the supplier. Their management does not care, not really sure how they are still in business. Looking for a new provider now....
