The work is complete and we couldn't be happier!

I can't put into words how frustrating working with Inventory Source has been. The current ongoing situation is costing us thousands of dollars and untold reputational damage, do Inventory Source care enough to fix the situation? Not as far as I can tell.

Consistently told a fix is coming, but it's been weeks now.

If my business was hobbling somebody else's, I would be doing everything in my power to fix that issue ASAP.

Order processing time can still be improved, but is getting better.

Still looking for a better method to manage and follow up on individual order issues in a timely matter. IS needs a disputes center or something of that nature.

Your customer support is very unsupportive. It has taken as long as 3 to 4 weeks to get a weak response after we have literally begged for a follow up response. You need to take ownership of this because it's going to seriously damage your reputation. Also...I have spent somewhere in the ballpark around $20,000 paying Senior Software Developers literally hundreds of hours attempt to force your software to work with my woocommerce platform. Finally...the products customers have ordered have very unpredictable delivery. I have had to follow-up numerous times to manage this issue to no avail. I give up. My business is running very substandard because we're only as strong ad our weakest link.

I have been working with Austin for several months on a complicated custom integration. The work is complete and we couldn't be happier! Jamie is our Account Rep and she has been very very responsive to all of our needs. The Dashboard is so powerful and is just amazing. After hand-entering more than 40,000 orders and tracking numbers this is a "game changer". We plan to grow with Inventory Source as part of our business from this day forward. You just cannot go wrong using this company.

We have been using Inventory Source for over 2 years now. We carry over 40,000 products and they adeptly manage most of those through 2 different supplier feeds. We have never had a problem that their support team did not address within a couple of hours. They listen to their customers and are constantly updating their platform with useful features. And updating new suppliers. I would highly recommend Inventory Source to anybody either starting or already running an e-commerce site with external suppliers. And their pricing is very good also.

I have been using Inventory Source for about a year now and overall I have been very happy with their service. Their platform is very good - the only real concern I have at this time is that the category mapping could be better. It's not as friendly to my WordPress/WooCommerce set up as I would like. On the plus side, I appreciate that they offer live support and have had no issues getting the support I need in a short period of time. I have approximately 1400 products on my ecommerce site and Inventory Source really has made managing it all very easy. I think their pricing is reasonable for the quality of product and service received.

We have used Inventory Source for several years. They provide a steady inventory stream service for us with updates twice a day. Start up was not complicated and customer service has been attentive. All in all Inventory Source is a good value and an asset to our business.

Inventory Source has been consistently upgrading their suppliers data in order to provide fuller and all around ecommerce experience for their customers and users.
As a supplier we have been receiving a lot of positive referrals.

I've been a customer for a couple of months now. The overall service provided is great, however, I didn't give it 5 Stars because of the category mapping. I would love to see an improvement with that. It just doesn't seem to work effectively. I have to manually go into my ecommerce site and make the category changes there. But once I add new items to the store, it doesn't seem to sync to the new categories.

The chat was pretty off as well. It never seemed as though anyone was available, however, the email responses were super fast and prompt.

Even with a few issues, it's still an overall great source to use and I'll definitely recommend it to anyone.

Over the past few months doing business with inventory source the team has done the best they can to assist us and our business in growing. Inventory source provides help in areas were they dont need to but provide excellent services in making our relationship great with them. I would strongly recommend using IS if you would like to grow your business and have an company supporting you on your every move.

I have had a chance to deal with inventory source team for some time before I move to a different e-commerce platform. my experience with them was excellent. there were able to provide me all the answers and help I needed in a short time and they were available to listen to me all the time. If I get another opportunity to deal with them again for sure I will go for it without any hesitation. Also, I highly recommend them to the others.

Pretty good except category mapping. (Never used live chat only email support, which is very quick.) My only reason not to leave 5 stars is because they don't have a good solution for mapping categories. So, to onboard a vendor to a marketplace or my website, with,m say, over 1,000 vendor items in 100 categories to market place categories, I have to manually look up each vendor item category, then, map it to marketplace category in the Inventory Source system, then run an update.Super Tedious. Recently I asked Inventory Source if they offered a service for a fee to do that, they said no. I then asked to recommend a 3rd party outsource who is familiar with Inventory Source system that could do that, and they did not send even one. I'm hoping this 3 star review prompts an improvement on this issue, and I will update and upgrade this review and Rating should that happen.

I have been using Inventory source for about 2 years. They are a great company with great customer service. They respond quickly anytime we have problems and are available anytime I need them.

Do you want to save time and money? If so then you need to automate the largest parts of your business and tha is exactly what inventorysource does.

If it wasn’t for inventory source I would still not have my store launched.

Excellent customer service. I even had assistance and support from them on a holiday !

It has been extremely easy to use and set up!
