Inventory Source is awesome, they have been correcting all of my mistakes and helping me through the drop ship start up process. They are extremely helpful and pay great attention to detail and have helped me out greatly!

I signed up with inventory source in late December and now ready to integrate my store . When I scheduled my first call, Chris called me at the exact time I was scheduled. Excellent customer service. During our conversation, Chris treated as if I was in a classroom, teaching me step by step. I was amazed by the level of assistance he could give me. My company used to work with Oberlo and Syncee but I later changed to Inventory Source where you can talk to a Live person who can also walk you through the path that one could not understand during the integration process. With inventory Source, I now have hope that I will definitely sell in millions on Amazon in a short period of time. I am ready to recommend Inventory Source to all of my friends interested in Drop Shipping or Amazon FBA Business.

It was good experience with inventory source i have already used their services and in future also i will use reason is inventory management is very easy and i request them to launch some more plans for small sellers with low cost monthly fees. Experience with you was awesome and cooperative.

Inventory Source was not at all helpful in setting me my account initially. I figured it out, but ended up syncing a bunch of products to my Shopify store that I didn’t want to carry.

My payment processor noticed immediately and cancelled my account because they won’t cover health and body products. This caused my fees to go up so significantly that I had to shut down the business. Be VERY careful If you choose to deal With these people.

Do not trust the positive reviews: the Company is sending out emails requesting their customers submit positive reviews on this site in exchange for money:

I have been with Inventory Source for about a year now. FIVE stars all the way. Originally my site was hosted and products synced through a very tiny company whos owner suddenly disappeared. Months went by with my site working until one day products stopped syncing. After I found out the owner was MIA I had to move my entire site... domain, hosting, etc, etc. It was a real pain. I had problems figuring out the syncing of my products with my distributor so I hired IS to make the integration. All is good now thanks to Inventory Source.

Their chat feature worked fine for my needs and they have always responded timely by email. Ive never had a problem.

It took some effort to get my website integrated with my supplier warehouse. Especially, since I had no clue what I was doing. The people over at Inventory Souce did a great job getting me connected properly. I had sent back and forth many many many emails, and I received a reply quickly and consistently. No matter how dumb my questions were, the responses were professional and detailed. My site is up and running perfectly. A+++

I’ve been with IS for a few months now and in the beginning I couldn’t grasp how it worked and If I was doing it correctly, especially working on category mapping. Each and every question I had (and there were several), someone got back to me. I set up a conference call and he walked me through everything and helped me understand how it all worked and what I needed to do. I am very pleased with the service and have not had any issues.

Recently some one stated inventory source is buying reviews. However that is not true they are simple doing what every other company in the entire world does reimburse with some sort of credit for your time.

I myself will let customers get a refund and keep an item to make sure I keep my good reviews!

Inventorysource is an excellent product that I am looking forward to reintegrating with.

Their customer service and training videos have been very clear in helping me assertain the knowledge I need to grow my business and use their product.

I often ask complicated and annoyingly long stressful questions and I found the staff answered them all in a timely manner and with a very human response as opposed to picking answers copying and pasting.

I would suggest they add phone support as their competitors have maybe they have already.

Currently inventorysource in my mind is the standard for the product they offer

I have been with Inventory Source for over 5 years and while there may be a hick up from time to time the ENTIRE staff at Inventory Source will work diligently and in a very timely manner to get things resolved. HIGHLY RECOMMEND INVENTORY SOURCE

Our store Discreetdesireshop.com has used inventory source to fulfill our orders without issue. Not sure what the negative reviews are about but so far, no issues with them and our distributor.

I'm a new user, but so far I have been impressed with it overall. Admittedly, the live chat feature is lacking but it's still a good program if you know how to use it

Am not much of a review person and take reviews with a grain of salt however I feel my positive experiences must be recorded as "positive" because Inventory Source to me is a good service that has provided me with good support every time I have needed it.

Having read other reviews on Inventory Source here, claiming they are a scam or something--that is simply not true.

I have gotten help many times--and believe me I've needed it. Every time I asked for help someone was there and was very nice to me. Also, at least in my case, everything has "worked". I have experienced no syncing or linking problems.

Try them out and see for yourself. That will be a better test of their metal than any review you will ever read or trust.
