Since signing up with Inventory Source…
Since signing up with Inventory Source I've had nothing but great customer service and they always answered my questions. I don't know who these individuals are that are complaining, maybe they are those who are not very internet savvy and get frustrated with the process but there will always be those around. All I can say is that I've had a great experience with instructions on how to do certain things and explained to me in a very professional manner.

I've used other fulfillment and catalog managers. For my particular application, InventorySource is on the mark. The configuration went smoothly, support was reasonably responsive, and they were accurate when solving problems. Documentation and videos were accurate.

They are insane and a complete JOKE! US Direct and Inventory Source is a scammer organization. They will take your money and never ship the products. Please save your headache and stay away from this frauds. They have zero customer support and do not care about your online reputations.

Please keep in mind that we are not the supplier but simply the tool that connects the supplier into your ecommerce platform, so we do not ship out the actual products. In the past few months, we have experienced extensive growth within our customer base, so we’re sorry that you have felt our customer service has not met your expectations. We are working hard to fix this problem and to make sure every customer is served in the quickest, most efficient way possible.

The positive reviews on here are FAKE! The company is a joke. The customer service is non-existent, (the phone # is a recording), they don't respond to emails or support tickets. Before signing up I had asked of my suppliers if they knew who Inventory Source was and they had not. So, I decided to use Inventory Source with another Supplier I had signed up with because they had 100's of products I wanted to use. Then when I tried selecting the products, there was nothing in there database (this is a company with 33K products). I immediately sent a support to tech and they told me they could not connect because they needed an API. .
They claim they have these relationships already set up with the suppliers to be ready to go in minutes. That particular supplier charges over $100 monthly for their API, in addition to the monthly fees IS charges. I have requested a refund numerous times and have filed a bank claim for the charge. I paid, they provided me with NO service. I think this is a scam company and if you read the REAL reviews on Shopify for this from real customers they also say how much of a nightmare they have had with this company. I feel their pain and thinking of taking legal action against this company.

We’re really sorry to hear you had such a negative experience with Inventory Source. You mentioned that customer service is non-existent, that our phone number is a recording and that we don’t respond to emails (support tickets). While we are not perfect by any means, we pride ourselves in having an average response time of 3 hours for emails (24/7). We also offer scheduled calls for anyone who needs to speak with someone in person, which can easily be scheduled on the contact page of our website. You can even schedule it same day during our business hours. Within the past few months, we have experienced extensive customer growth and are working hard to improve our processes to better serve customers going forward.
You mentioned that one of your suppliers didn’t know who we were. We are integrated with over 200 suppliers (some for over 10 years), and within these suppliers there can be dozens or hundreds of employees. Although we work diligently at maintaining relationships with all suppliers, our services may not be as widely known across some. I’m sorry you feel your integration process was difficult, but some suppliers charge certain fees in order to be able to source from them at their lowest price point. Most do not. We can not control this fee as we are not the actual supplier and act simply as the integration software.
We have happily issued refunds for customers that are not happy with their integration setup or haven’t used their integration in the first 30 days plenty of times. We are by no means a scam company, and seek to earn our thousands of customers’ business on a month/month basis. I can assure you if we were a scam we wouldn’t still be here 15 years later.
