Inventory Source manages my interaction with multiple vendors for a variety of sites. The advantages to me are the overall ease of use, centrally locating the management tools in one access screen and the responsiveness of IS team. To the latter point, they answer my questions quickly and efficiently, often contacting me to suggest improvements.
Bottom line: they make my day-to-day business management easier and make me more efficient. What more could I want?

Great team at Inventory Source. They answer all of our (many) questions, have made proactive changes to improve how our business is run, and always help troubleshoot issues (even when it's not within their domain of responsibility). The value of their software product is apparent and their partnership in improving our business is a huge bonus. Highly recommended.

I've been using Inventory Source for a little over a year. It took me some time to get used to managing my inventory for over 8,000 products, but that's normal for any new dashboard. I have contacted support three times and received a response the same day, and even on a Saturday. Great inventory management tool and friendly and knowledgeable support team.

I have been using inventory source for a few months now and they have been very helpful with my dropshipping site. My emails are responded to in a timely manner and their integration feeds do most of the work for me. I am very happy to have found inventory source and I would highly recommend them!.

I've found everyone at inventory source to be very diligent. Email response is not instantaneous but it has been sufficient and they have shown themselves to genuinely care about getting it right. They've tackled some pretty daunting tasks for us over the years, and have delivered more than was promised. Now, if only Amazon and Facebook were so easy to work with. Fat chance.

Inventory Source is a local company here in the area to us (Jacksonville).. They have been very helpful! Emails are swiftly replied back to, & the service is unlike any other I have seen for the cost. Our company is about to pay a $1,200 integration fee, we are excited that Inventory Source has this capability in the first place. Any negative reviews on them must be in regards to petty issues or flukes.... I would highly recommend Inventory Source!

Fantastic company with great platform and communication. Quick to respond and automated platform is accurate!

Great intuitive platform that makes adding hundreds of sku's fast and easy. The fact that you can move products within your catalog and inventory follows and syncs with those moves is amazing!

I have delelt with Inventory Sourece for two years, during that time I got full cooperation, understanding what I need, do their work perfectly, on time.

Honestly I have quite a mixed review of IS starting with the email request for reviews. But that's beside the point. Long story short, IS is a good app but has growing pains like anything else. I do recommend IS if you're on SHOPIFY and have a large inventory to monitor (mine being 6k items). Category mapping can be a little confusing but you just have to watch videos. We start with Pros:

Inventory Source has an invaluable app to those of us who are dropshippers. I know for sure I have no intentions of looking over 6,000 items and do inventory for each. F* that, and I know everyone else is on the same page else they wouldn't be looking to IS. I started out on Shopify. Never had a single problem and was happy as could be. I chatted breifly to support for help with mapping and such and those basic convos were totally fine and a great help.

However, some shoppe changes were made because Woocommerce has numerous options Shopify doesn't have. And thats where everything went to hell for about 7 mo. Support desperately needs help, and they also need to understand who their app pairs with and what it can do to a sync. My issue was Woocommerce/Bluehost kept shutting off the sync because it was getting 5500+ hits in a few minutes so Im guessing it thought it was bot/spam/virus. So my shoppe wasn't getting updated for days/weeks at a time. I would email and ask why, they would manual push a sync, promise it was fixed and it would happen again.
Believe me when I say I tried and tested IS support hard. Their email auto responses were annoying AF and held no weight of empathy. *HOWEVER* I did speak to few support people (after getting aggressive) who genuinely tried to help and did for a while. The problem was IS couldn't help the issue because it was Bluehost rejecting, and Bluehost wouldn't help becuase it is a 3rd party app. So I was left in the middle.

Fast forward I'm back to Shopify and haven't experienced a single problem the entire time since. All 5.9k items are updated multiple times a day. The app does need a great deal of improvements and more options like in pricing especially but make no mistake that app is 100% helpful, if you stay on Shopify.

I will be more than happy to update this review when more changes/growth has been made

I have had good response to support at Inventory Source since day one. They have been on spot.

I have been using Inventory Source for almost a year now and couldn't be happier. Started out with one supplier integration and now have 3 integrations that update multiple times per day. Of course getting it set up and using it along the way questions came up. I would just shoot an email to them and had answers or at least a response telling me they were working on it within a couple hours at most. At one point I had to add a WAF to my site and that caused some issues with the feed (no fault of Inventory Source at all) due to blocking their IP. They quickly helped me to diagnose that and get it fixed so everything worked again.

I love the catalog feature so that products can be added quickly to our site. In the past it was a manual process that would take around 5 to 10 minutes per product....sometimes ever longer for products with multiple images. Now with Inventory Source we just choose the items we want and the images, description and pricing is automatically added to your site, then stock is synced multiple times per day. This frees us up so much more of our time so that we are able to focus on other areas of growth.

Highly recommend Inventory Source if you need a third party integration to sync products and inventory to your website.

Inventory source is an excellent platform for dropshipping, I am starting to work with them and they respond well.

We have been using Inventory source for multiple supplier integrations in USA and Canada. We started to use inventory source because our Canadian supplier required us to use one of their preferred integrators for supplier feeds. After establishing the initial feed we quickly realized that inventory source was far superior to any other 3rd party integrator we have used so we extended its use to integrate product from our USA supplier.

This is a great product and would recommend I highly recommend it

I've had nothing but a great experience with Inventory Source. They were there to help when I switched wholesalers and did a great job helping me with my transition. Looking foward to working with Inventory Source for many years to come!

InventorySource has been great for our business. Email support is great when you need it. They always available to assist and could schedule a support call with one of their team members to assist with any questions. I have not found a better company than IS that can assist with Dropshipping.

I have been using Inventory Source for around 5 months now. I have had 0 issues with them. My product feed updates daily with updated stock levels and pricing. Its also super easy to change my pricing if need be. Makes my life a lot easier.

I've been a customer of Inventory Source since I started my business almost 10 years ago. The folks at IS have always been very responsive and easy to work with. Any issues that came up were handled immediately and professionally.
I consider Inventory Source as one of the reasons for my success in business and highly recommend their service.

Terrible! Had issues with syncing products and services but no take weeks to respond. Tried multiple times but I keep getting email repeating the same thing with no help. Canceled!
