The golf trolley I bought purchased 5 weeks ago. The battery is struggling to to do 18 holes I’m very disappointed.

I received a damaged awning on 23/7/26 and emailed straight away to which I got an AI reply saying someone would get in touch BUT still no response customer service VERY poor!! Hence one unhappy customer 😫

DO NOT BUY from Jackstonehouse ever! Please be warned. This company sells defectively made goods. Bought a garden parasol; broke within 24 hours. COntacted them several times and aboslutely NO acknowledgement whatseoever. NEVER any answer to the phone lines nor emails. Please DO NOT WASTE your money. From prinicple my claim will go to to the small claims court.

I purchased a hot and cold fan about 18 months ago but lost the remote control, after contacting the customer service team, I had a quick and friendly response, they have even sent me a replacement free of charge. Outstanding customer service thank you especially Bee

I had a problem with an Aircon unit I had bought. Bee in customer service was prompt and solution oriented in dealing with it. She couldn’t have been better - thanks Bee.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.

I ordered what I believed was a 24-inch bike for my 9-year-old son’s birthday, but a 26 inch bike was delivered instead. I later noticed the order confirmation also stated 26 inches, but I can honestly say I only viewed the 24 inch bike, as there is no reason I would knowingly order a bike that is far too big for my, however i take responsibility for this.

For over a week I have tried repeatedly to contact the company.Every time I called, I was only able to speak to a receptionist who wasn’t based in the same building and could only send emails on my behalf. I finally managed to speak to someone on 28/07, who took all my details and promised to call me back. I’m still waiting.

As a result, my son’s birthday was ruined, and I have been left with a huge boxed bike sitting in my living room with no resolution in sight.

The lack of communication and poor customer service have been shocking. I would not recommend this company based on my experience and hope they seriously improve the way they deal with customers when things go wrong.

Bee from customer service eventually returned my call a week later. After all the emails and phone calls, I was told they do not offer exchanges and only do “like for like” replacements, which for me .. a bike for a bike is like for like? . I was then told I would need to return the item as an unwanted product and pay a £15 return fee, which they refused to waive. The call ended with the customer service agent hanging up on me.

Absolutely shocking service. I will never buy from or recommend this company to anyone

Way over timescales for a response very disappointing.

Purchased an oscillator fan via Amazon, did not oscillate, so I e mail Jack Stonehouse, after 3 emails eventually got back to me explained problem had to send a video of fan not working correctly. They said I could have a refund. Waited 2 weeks still no refund in my account.after numerous email's,and trying to speak to someone over the phone,waited 25 minutes today no reply. Got in touch with Amazon I have to return the fan back to J Stonehouse and I have to pay for the return postage.
Not a very good company to purchase from if you have any problems.
I would not buy from these again or recommend their after sales service . TERRIBLE

Do not use this company brought a garden umbrella which is now useless due to bent parts no response due to emails also pointless trying to call as its just a answer phone. 30th June reported problem its now 28th July & still nothing. I hope people read reviews before thinking of buying from this place. They don't even deserve 1 star.(PLEASE AVOID DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY)

As with everyone else recently, it seems, my order has still not been dispatched after 3 weeks of waiting, there has been no response to multiple emails and the phone number plays a pre-recorded message that they're experiencing a high number of calls and hangs up.

Will be forced to make a chargeback on my card.

I’m not happy with my purchase.my air cooler is not working.only fan is working but pump is not working.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Bought a a/c unit from this company. It failed after a couple of times using it. Customer support is non existent, after emails, calls, FB messages, online contact forms the company failed to respond. I ended up needing to put a claim in with my card provider. The day they got involved all of a sudden the company then started responding and took the AC back and gave a refund. You should not need to put a claim in or start needing to quote the consumer rights act to be provided with customer service. I am just pleased I finally received my money back.

Garden storage box arrived damaged with bits of plastic falling out of the box it was delivered in. Customer service is non existent, one phone number tells you that they are receiving a high number of calls, thanks for calling then promptly hangs up. The other number just goes to a Vodafone answering message every time. No response to emails either after nearly two weeks of continuous attempts to contact. Have been reimbursed by my credit card company and still no response.

7I ordered an electric awning, it didn't arrive and I received no communication at all after ordering. The phone lines are permanently on divert to a message which says to email and then cuts you off. No response to emails either. Thank god for PayPal who refunded me having received no response from them either. DO NO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!

Terrible customer service. I have a charger that's stopped working and is still under guarantee. If I ring them all I get is an ansaphone saying it's quicker be email. NOT TRUE! If I don't receive a response soon, I'll be on to trading standards. Keep well away!!

I ordered Aparazole on 20/07/2026 and paid extra for express delivery. The payment was taken from my account immediately through Amazon Pay, but I never received an order confirmation email, dispatch notification, or any tracking information.

I have emailed the company several times and have received no response whatsoever. It's extremely disappointing to take a customer's money without providing any communication or updates.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. Poor communication, no customer service, and no sign of my order. I would advise others to think carefully before ordering from them.

ONLY MONEY GONE FROM MY ACCOUNT

Pleased with banana umbrella one light not working though,and the base I ordered which was supposed to be compatible with it didn't fit (not heavy enough anyway) lucky it fitted my other umbrella

I ordered an awning and cover on 2 July. The order has still not arrived. I have attempted to phone them on numerous occasions but the phone line is constantly busy. I have sent numerous emails; as instructed, which have gone unanswered.
it is obvious that there customer service is not as it should be and I would be careful if ordering from this company.

Absolute Joke of a company. Do not use!!
Emailed countless times over a faulty item been over a month with no response. The phone number doesn’t work it just says email them to avoid the amount of complaints coming through the door. Don’t use this company!!
