Such a beautiful item. Just like everything else Jeremy makes!

Decided that I should treat myself to this necklace and charm and I’m so glad I did. The charm is a good weight and is certainly eye-catching. The chain feels secure and is comfortable to wear. As with everything I’ve bought from Jeremy Hoye, it arrived quickly and was beautifully presented. I highly recommend him if you like jewellery that is a little more unique and interesting than you see elsewhere!

Jeremy has been making my jewellery for almost 30 years. All my pieces are unique and with design input from myself and Jeremy. My most recent piece is from two beautiful diamond rings given to me by my parents for my 60th. My design input was asking for one ring containing all the metal plus all the diamonds. All I asked was that it was robust and sparkly. Jeremy delivered perfectly.

He is my only choice when it comes to bespoke jewellery as he is a brilliant designer, craftsman and knows how to treat his customers.

Ring was beautifully made and my wife was very happy. Excellent customer service too, replied to queries quickly and even sent a placeholder ring in silver while the platinum one was being hallmarked so i had something to give on the special occassion. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I ordered some earrings for my sisters 60th birthday that matched her wedding and engagement ring that she had from Jeremy . Unfortunately they went missing on the way to Australia and Jeremy sent out a second set immediately as he didn’t want her to be disappointed . She is over the moon with them and I am so happy that Jeremy was so helpful with everything .

I searched far and wide for a particular style of platinum ring and found just what I was looking for on Jeremy’s website. I visited the shop as I am not a natural ring wearer and Jeremy made me welcome. Once it was made, Jeremy adjusted it within a couple of days. I’m delighted. Thank you.

Company done well, the only issue I had was, no ETA, I brought this as a birthday gift, and not using them before, then not getting an ETA bugged me

25 years ago we bought our engagement and wedding rings from Jeremy Hoye, and with a significant birthday coming up I was in the market for an eternity ring. Pleased to see that Jeremy was still in business, so thought I'd see if he could help with an eternity ring that matched the current set. Couple of emails and a phone call the order was placed, although I thought I had left it a bit late. Jeremy assured me that he would get it done, and if we sent the current rings he would ensure a perfect match. Well, rings received ahead of time and look stunning. Great service, thanks Jeremy.

Jeremy Hoye is my 'go to' for sentimental jewellery, as a family we have been buying pices from here for the last 20 years - engagement/wedding rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, on this occasion a carved silver bangle for my daughters 18th, Jeremy was very patient with my when I was deciding what to have engraved, responsive email exchange, great postage and packaging, can't fault thr quality of the pieces, highly recommended

I went online to order and could see that there was a 14 day returns policy, I called the shop & explained that my purchase was a gift and I would be away on holiday and if it didn’t fit & I needed to change it, it would be beyond the 14 days. I was told that was absolutely fine which was very reassuring.
