Great service, very fast turnaround, but also quite expensive. $50 was the cheapest option from NZ to Oz for a skateboard deck. I would use them again

Read all the reviews - this company has a pattern.
Repeated reports of scam behavior, emails not received, no one on site at location, and false advertising that violates the Fair Trading Act.
It works like this - obtains packages by deception with misleading claims of timely repacking and cost effective shipping, then extorts clients for inflated express shipping charges using threats of storage charges and parcel disposal. Repackaging is delayed in attempt to cash in on customers needing things urgently, thus forcing them to fork out the for the express shipping of each parcel. The amount is truely amusing. When those attempts have failed, and jetkrate has strung you along for as long as possible without raising your suspicion - the parcel is mysteriously 'optimised'. He again tries to ransom you for a smaller, but still ridiculous fee.
When the game is up, he (likely one man scam) will offer to return to sender, again at a inflated price so he can still cash in.
You can upload your own prepaid postage paid label, and it may? be returned to sender.......However I cut my losses at this point.
The scam was confirmed when I paid for royal mail courier to physically collect the parcel with a label of their own. No one was on site at the location during business hours - when purportedly there are people there 'working round the clock' to repack thousands of imaginary parcels there, in the fake parcel queue.
Other reviews report almost identical experiences - extortion, no customer service, and empty shop locations.
The positive reviews are comparatively few and spaced out for a company pretending to handle this volume of business - they are likely fake or from the owners of the lucky few parcels the scammer has strategically let through in order to maintain appearances.
So up to you if you want to gamble with this guy. I certainly would not recommend it unless you want 10 single serve packs of M&Ms from different suppliers repacked for some reason and sent by express dhl for hundreds. And also dont need them urgently ;).
Enjoy my parcels buddy, you worked hard for these ones and clearly need them more than i do.

Jetkrate is a package forwarding service. Our primary value to customers is enabling them to shop from stores that do not ship overseas. The fees we charge are for consolidating and repacking items to reduce overall shipping costs, and these are over and above the courier charges. Comparing Royal Mail International Economy's charges directly with ours would be misleading, as we provide added services not included in Royal Mail's basic shipping cost.
Our commitment to transparency and customer service is unwavering. We advised in our initial communication that customers should take estimates before using our service to understand costs better. As we have only recently established our UK operations, our service offerings are growing, and currently, we only offer DHL Express from our UK warehouse.
We would like to emphasise that we are not withholding your package unjustly. As per our terms and conditions, customers may collect their items from our UK warehouse at any time during business hours with prior notice. However, we cannot allow the bypassing of service fees by arranging international shipping independently as you have tried to do.
We waived our additional storage charges specifically to address your situation and offered four reasonable resolutions, including sending the shipment via Royal Mail as a one off using the labels you provided subject to you paying our service fees.
The concerns you raised are not taken lightly. We believe in fostering a relationship based on trust and integrity with our customers. Despite your displeasure with our service, we believe we made every effort to address your issues promptly and provided viable solutions that align with our terms of service.
We value your feedback and are working tirelessly to improve our services continuously. We stand by our commitment to our customers and our integrity as a business.

Easy to use and good service
Easy to use and good service. Ordered something only available in bunnings nz and got the package delivered to me in aus. The cheapest delivery option took a few days more but had some basic tracking and arrived through auspost.

Do you like having your package stolen? Do you enjoy being ghosted for more than 2 months? Jetkrate got you covered! I am completely ghosted by these scammers for the past 2-3 months. No email response, no phone support. Nothing. I am reporting this company to the appropriate authorities, I will let them handle these scammers. Pathetic!!!!!

I used the shipping service from NZ to EU. The user interface was easy to understand and the package was shipped promptly.
Since I had no issues, I cannot comment how damaged or missing goods cases are solved.

Great experience with the shipping options. Package arrived safely. I just wish there is an option to see the photograph of the item in the warehouse for verification purposes that it is indeed the item I ordered.
