do not take out their service agreement
we signed up for the service agreement for some of the main equipment in our kitchen, we reported the issue online, but unfortunately the request didn't go through. i then rang on Friday 11th September, was told as our agreement is 24 hour to get an engineer it wouldn't be till the following Monday when one would attend, it is now Wednesday 16th and I am being informed it will now be 25th September. Very poor service. On top of invoicing me for call out and labour too when this is included within our plan. any one thinking of taking this plan out with JLA be warned they do not fulfil their terms of the agreement

Engineer came to fix an on going problem which was supposed to be fixed a while ago They sent the wrong part but he was able to adapt it to fit

The gentleman that visited, listened to my concerns regarding our roller iron gave the machine a good service ordered us new parts and was very polite and explained our issue to us left the machine on a good working order while we wait for the new parts to arrive

An issue arose with our extractor fan…
An issue arose with our extractor fan that JLA could not fix quickly, which was a problem. Initially response was in our opinion poor, but once Toni in customer service got involved it was clear to us that JLA were doing everything they could to fix the problem. Her level of communication and customer service skills were exemplary.
