What a brilliant experience, buying our first new car was! We went for a Geely Starray EM-I and the sales team were amazing. Ryan was so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of the car. We never felt pressured to buy a car, but we were given honest information and figures for the car and finance, then encouraged to have a think before deciding. Nothing was too much trouble! Thankyou!

We were really impressed by the Geely, so much so, after testing out 7 other electric cars, we put in an order and are now driving our new EX5 and it doesn’t disappoint. Thanks to Ryan at the dealership for getting us in our car, for not being a “pushy” salesman and for making the whole experience a smooth and enjoyable one. We’ve already recommended them to friends and family who are looking to upgrade. Would highly recommend.

We had a really positive experience when dealing with Patrick throughout the process of buying our new car. From initial contact through, the test drive, sale of our car and picking the new car up, we couldn't fault it.
We never felt unduly pressured into the sale but always felt we were told all about the different aspects of the sale. Patrick's knowledge on the car and knowing about everything to do with the paperwork for both buying and selling our car was excellent. Made it stress free for us. Likewise, when we did the handover, he spent a lot of time going through all of the things the car does, and that is a lot on the Chery Tiggo 8. Our Granddaughter particularly enjoyed the Chery Panda :)

We went in to get a mobilabilty car. We were dealt with by a lovely guy called Al, who helped us so much. Discussed options and helped us with all the paperwork. We now have a lovely new Ford Puma and we couldn't be more pleased

The available models of the car were explained clearly and straightforwardly.
The process of completing the paperwork was very simple and proceeded without any complications.
The collection day went very smoothly and the functions of the car which I warned familiar with were explained clearly. Oscar Lansbury handled everything very professionally.

Very professional, efficient and enjoyable car buying experience from start to finish. Terry Harvey our Sales Advisor was very communicative and helpful throughout the process from ordering the vehicle to eventual handover. He was very informative and helpful with the technical aspects and features of our new Ford Kuga Active on collection of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership based on our very positive experience.

We were looked after very well by Sam, he was very helpful and patient with us. Our handover went well and Sam went through things we didn't even know from our previous Puma. He was very polite and respectful for two people who are not tech minded!!

Had Fords for years and have never had a dealer as good as John Groose The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Erika kept me updated throughout and made collection day an enjoyable experience. It’s clear She takes pride in what she does Erika and the team.

What didn't make my experience great? I walked into ford to possibly select my next motability vehicle and always liked fords so thought now's my chance🤷🏼‍♂️.......after a few mins of just looking briefly at a couple of carsa young lady approached me and asked if I was ok and that of I needed anything at all to give her a shout,now that's huge for me coz I hate pushy sales people they make me wanna leave,so a minute later I sole to this young lady if I could have some help and she introduced herself as Erin (Ford give this girl a pay rise) and asked my needs and what I was looking for,nothing was too big or small for her,she then took me from start to Finnish through the whole process right up to car collection,no hassle,even when she was training someone up so had them sitting in with us she was attentive towards me and making sure that she wasn't talking more to the trainy but managed to keep the both of us engaged and relevant at the same time so training while selling and doing it exceptionally well, honestly I couldn't thank Erin enough,she made the whole experience,so thank you For bit most of all thank you Erin for making what could be a complex and confusing thing into pure simplicity itself ,huge thumbs up to ford , Erin and the resto of the staff I highly recommend these

Everything went very smoothly from start to finish.

My family and I have used John Grose for years. Their staff are exceptional and the customer service is superb. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I must give a special mention for Charles Goodwin. We always see him as he is so helpful. I picked up my new car yesterday and I am coming back to see Charles so he can go into some more detail about the controls and touchscreen as it’s hard to take in all the information when you pick up the car.

Oscar looked after us with our Motability vehicle from start to finish, he was so helpful and knowledgeable and made the process so easy for us, he was really lovely and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

James is a brilliant salesman as well as being a very nice person to deal with. He is not overtly pushy and he gets the job done. Nothing is to much trouble. Grose are fortunate to have him.

I can honestly say that the whole experience of buying my new kia car from John Grose was amazing due to Alex ( with the beard ) who was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, hospitable, and funny. He put me at ease when I went for my test drive in my potential new car (so many new gadgets to get my head around) but Alex was calm and made me laugh and I soon calmed down and enjoyed the whole driving experience.
He always had a cup of coffee at hand whenever we had to talk about anything.
And would know the answer if I had any questions and he was just a generally nice guy. Well done Alex!
May I add that all the team were friendly whenever I was in the showroom or had to make a call. Brilliant service at all times.

Sam made every single element of the process straightforward. Sam spent as much time as it needed to ensure that we understood everything fully. All elements of the various cars were explained for their pros and cons based against our needs. Highly recommend.
