It’s been great. Have saved some money wouldn’t go without couldn’t be happier.

Made a purchase at Coles Online with their limited time offer (5% cashback, capped at $10) and then got an additional $20 as it was my first time shopping with the Citro app. So good, would definitely recommend using them 👍

I refuse to use my card again to purchase anything!! On several occasions I was charged the purchase amount twice, and it took a lot of getting it put back into my account….
Communication wasn’t easy!
Apparently the glitch in the website is fixed, but I don’t trust it now….
The website is not easy to navigate!

I got scammed out of money which unfortunately happens often but Citro want you to case the mercant and ask for your money back. It also seems like it's really hard to speak to someone.

Josh was great on the phone and the phone call speaking to a real human gave me more confidence in the Citro app and actually continuing the process of signing up and linking my bank cards etc. I probably would have forgotten about it if he had not called.

When I’m using the app, there’s no rewards card Va Apple Pay option on it I want this added in future app updates

I’d linked my bank account to it and Master Card has been linked for cash back Rewards

Coles offer 0.15 percent Cashback on Online Orders

And offers come every week or so

I have been surprised by getting a few discounts by using my card. Eg made a purchase with my card from Kogan and received an immediate discount.

The representative answered all my questions and directed me over the website/app.
Josh was patient and extremely helpful.

I haven’t used the Citro card yet. I haven’t been that impressed with the discounts and the conditions.
