I was a bit hesitant at first to join but all is well. I have only just received my card so will be using it very soon. The staff are polite and efficient very pleased so far.

They seem to pay the cashback rewards sometimes and then other times they claim that the customer didnt do the right thing and then takes them ages to do an investigation and you still dont get the money. So seems more a scam than what they claim and clearly wouldnt be worth a subscription when it happens.

Jemima was invaluable when calling me and advising how to take a proper picture of my licence and provided a unique code to get the ball rolling correctly.

My experience with Jamima was great, Jamimas patience and understanding was great considering I couldn't hear her properly,because of where i was,not her fault i keeped on saying can you repeat that.I had to hang up on her,when I rang back i was lucky it was her that I got connected to again,so Jamima talked me through the rest of my inquiry even explaining how the card works,and the benefits.Well done.

Decided to give it a try, but found the app won't install on my Android 11 phone. And no, I'm not going to spend $700 or more for a new phone. Help chat told me it was a Google problem, not a Citro problem.
I then went to their Facebook sponsored page and left a comment to warn others about this shortcoming. They blocked me! Not a very professional business model to do that.
They can keep their card!
