I am so happy with the service I have been provided with by Sprout Health. They truly care about their patients. I was worried about receiving my next round of medication while I was overseas but I received my next round before leaving on my trip. They listen and respond quickly.

Sprout health truly cares about their customers/patients. The doctors truly work with you not just do what you'd like. They make sure you follow prescriptions and answer any and all questions. Emailing support is so easy and they are quick to respond as well. I know I'm in good hands with Sprout health. So easy to work with and any situations that arise I know I can email them and they are quick and very helpful.

Great customer service
My Sprout subscription is the best thing I could have done to help elevate my physical health journey and get those immediate results I'm looking for. I recently need to briefly pause my subscription and when I returned to restart, it was easy. From start to finish they were very accommodating.

Sprout is easy to work with
Sprout is easy to work with. Easy to say this but many companies can't do that. Spout is easy to communicate with and they get back to you promptly. They are patient when something seems wrong. Nothing went wrong but I thought so for a while. Their procedures with Doctor reviews and reordering work well. The pricing for higher dosages if needed is very competitive. I will use Sprout again if the need arises.

When using Sprout customer service
When using customer service over the phone or using it via chat, they have always politely helped me. They won’t leave you without an explanation and they have consistently been honest with me and helped with every concern. I had a terrible experience with a different company that would not put my account on hold when they said they already had, and successfully drained my account.

I dealt with an agent named Don Byant. He could not have been more helpful. I made a mistake an forgot to cancel a 3 month order from another company. I just emailed him regarding the issue. That day he emailed me back, said there was no problem and he could help me. There medication was a good quality. It was clear. When it has the red dye in it, it seems to irritate my bladder.
