Positive Experience
All my experiences with Sprout Health were positive. I found it very easy to access medical support and customer service. Every email was responded to very promptly and the chat feature was very easy to use. I saw results with using the tirzepatide and would continue with this company, but my budget just wouldn't allowing me to spend any more money at this time. I used the chat and they immediately cancelled my subscription without any problems.

Initially not great but got better.
Initially, I chose this company because of the price and more good reviews than bad, with some apprehension.
The product has been fine, but the initial communication was not good for the first couple of months. Medicine orders were shipped without good notice and showed up unexpectedly at times.
Lately the communication and support has been much better. Hopefully they are growing and improving.

My experience with Sprout Health far exceeded my expectations! I had an email conversation before I joined with a woman in their support dept about some of the early negative reviews. She explained that the customer volume had increased quickly, and they were trying to staff up to meet the needs of their customers. Made complete sense to me. She offered a 3 month discount. I am so glad that I went with my gut and joined!! Any emails with questions or concerns I have had are answered promptly. The process of renewal each month goes smoothly. This has been a great experience from the very beginning!!

So glad I found out about this supplier! I was at first skeptical about Sprout Health because it’s so many different brands to choose from but I’m glad I followed through. I was 191 lbs and now 175lbs in just under 3months . I had little to no side effects which then I decided to request a higher dosage, and after filling out the medical questionnaire they up my dosage . I’m super happy with my results and I will continue to use Sprout Health as a tool to become more healthier and manage my weight loss along with a healthy diet and exercise. . It didn’t just help with my weight loss it also helped with underlying health issues I was already having. My goal is to reach 145lbs in the next 3 months and my future is looking bright ! I lost weight
I lost weight consistently each week. I did not feel hungry or nauseous at all. The only issue I had was a delay in receiving my Rx, which was resolved once Sprout switched to a different pharmacy. My Rx was delivered on time there after. Also I was accommodated for the delay by pushing my renewal date out and a discount applied to my next order. Overall my experience with Sprout Health and GLP1 treatment was everything I had hoped for. I reached my goal weight and improved my health significantly.

The assessment phase was very detailed. As a nurse I understood what they were asking and why. AI or not I felt a more personal touch with this company. The only painful part was sending a picture of myself!

Best Thing Since Sliced Bread!
I had no side effects from the product and saw nice steady weight loss. Sometimes more, sometimes less but always in the right direction. The team monitors what's going on and makes adjustments to keep you on track. Great communication and very responsive

Not a panacea, but helps in more than just appetite suppression.
Program is well defind but relies on individual planning and implementation. It requires patience and adherence to a dining plan and being more active just like any other diet, but the medication is a great method to reduce the feeling of deprivation. It has helped me to identify what is true hunger vs. an emotional crutch. That alone makes this a valuable experience for me.

Good Experience
I had a good experience with Sprout. I signed up for the 3 month plan and got a nice discount for signing up. The only hiccup was that there was confusion on my part that they sent me both 2.5 and 5.0 doses right out of the gate and I started with the 5.0 by my mistake.
I decided to move to a different company and I was able to easily cancel my subscription with no issues, thanks to the help of Jane Carter on the Customer Service chat. The reason I moved on had nothing to do with Sprout. I found them very responsive and prompt and they listen to me very well.

Working with Sprout has been a great experience! They are affordable, quick to ship monthly, and the doctor's are good at listening and being proactive. I tried another company first but they wanted a $150 monthly program fee. I didn't want that. I just wanted the product I was on before.
