My experience has been great from the Physician, a former USN Officer, and a great person. He answered every question and genuinely cared about me. Even though I’m a retired Marine!!! The support staff if very responsive and seems to be available 24/7 by email. I was nervous about spending money without going into a medical setting/pharmacy, but every step was and is going fantastic. SF Devil Doc!!!! Thank you for helping me getting control of my waistline and my health.

I was having some issues with my last shipment and Jane Carter went above and beyond to help me. She got to the bottom of the issue, helped push it along smoothly and even tracked my shipment for me all the way to my front door. Most times people do not get the recognition they deserve and Jane truly deserves it all!!

Within 1 month of taking Sprout Health compounded Tirzepatide I began losing handfuls of hair. Starting the second months vial, lost even more hair. Had to throw it away.
Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Don't be afraid to try! They make it happen.
The only reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because the website is hard to navigate and I have to ask for help in order to get through it, but otherwise, the customer service is extremely receptive and helps me with whatever I need! I really appreciate the time and patience I receive every time I have a question.

Customer Service is always quick to respond and help. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 - it would be helpful if Sprout could send reminders/notices about your account. Instances where a card couldn't be processed or something to that nature.

Scam
First round went well. Second round i received liquid a completely different color without notice and my bottles were shorted. I was supposed to take 1mg 4x monthly per vile. Each vile only gave me a total of 1.5mg instead of 4mg

Always Receive Personal Service
Although this healthcare is through non-traditional e-visits, I have found the providers and customer service folks at Sprouts to be as attentive and responsive as any face-to-face clinic visit, if not more. Questions are always answered by a "real person" with individualized advice and replies. It has been a very positive experience for me.
