I am very happy with them overall, customer service has been responsive when I needed them and the medicine is working. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is that if you don't complete your questionnaire they don't remind you, they just don't ship anything and charge you anyway. I know it's on me to complete the monthly check in but I thought that I had, so a tickler would have been nice.

The company sent me Tirzepatide compounded with B6 originally and it worked well. When my next three month order was coming up, I requested the same medication. Instead though they sent me Tirzepatide compounded instead with B12 which was a high dose. The medication arrived warm. When I started taking it, I had an adverse reaction to the B12. Because I received a product that I did not request and because it arrived warm, I reached out to their support to request the correct medication be sent or I be refunded. The company nicely refused to do either, saying they are working on future plans with other pharmacy partners or some other nonsense.

I have been with Sprout for over a year. On several occasions I had the need to reach out to their Customer Service Representatives. On each occasion the service was exemplary. Frank, Jose and the others were always extremely professional, knowledgeable and attended my every need with a very high bar if excellence. A company is only as good as its employees and I cant say enough good things about the staff at Sprout Health. Id highly recommend them to anyone looking for a GLP-1 type med online

I have to admit I was very hesitant because of all the negative reviews but my experience has been just great. I'm on my second order of a 3-month supply and the communication has been good and quick. I'm not sure what the problems were before but I think they've done a lot of work to improve their response time and just treat customers better in general. On my very first order it did come quickly but I did have a problem getting communication quickly but that has completely changed this time. I had seen somebody said the medication was not real on one of the reviews and I just want to confirm that it is indeed real GLP1 and I have lost between 15 and 17 lb in my first 3 months.

Sprout Health has been a great source for Glp-1 meds. Fast and honest communications and top notch quality medications. Highly recommended!

I am writing an update on my order. I have lost around 8 pounds and experienced almost no side effects, just some very minor nausea. Good thing my order came with anti-nausea pills! So far I am very satisfied with my progress. I highly recommend sprout!

Very effective meds and second to none customer service!

I ordered some meds from them, they had a special for a 90 day supply you could get $200 off. They only shipped me a 60 day supply, so that was the first lie that they told. When I received the meds, the package was
scorching hot, the cool packet completely thawed out and was hot and the medication was hot. This is a medication that requires refrigeration. I contacted them immediately. The same day I received the medication, they are trying to tell me that it’s safe and it’s OK, but I have done some research and have heard that that’s not OK, that heat causes medication to break down and be less effective. They will not give me my refund that I’ve asked for several times. I’ll even ship them back the medication, it’s unused and unopened. Now they’re blowing me off.

Still no response, they asked me to email them and I did last week, crickets. Biggest scam ever!

I have been trying to get signed up all morning. They were great to respond to emails. Now that I finally got it and PAID they are not responding and I can’t get logged into the portal. I would not do it again. No doubt about it. So far you would think it’s a scam from what I have seen.

Sprout Health has changed my life. I have more energy and more flexibility which enables me to have a more active lifestyle. I have been with Sprout Health since mid-January of 2026 and have lost nearly 50 pounds. The communication between my doctor through my portal has been wonderful. I have had no issues with delivery with the exception of this month! My refill usually arrives via FedEx on Saturday for injection on Monday. Since I received no tracing information, I checked my portal and saw that the pharmacy had received the order but it had not been processed. I called customer service and left a message. I received a return call this morning from Anderson. He promised to look into the delay and said he would expedite the delivery. Hopefully that happens soon! I appreciated the callback. I also received an email in answer to my question. No update on my portal yet - fingers crossed this was just a one time glitch.

I started with sprout in October 2025. Intake seemed easy questionnaire was straightforward however, I don’t think anyone actually read the questionnaire since I had already been on a GLP-1 and needed to start at a higher dose. They started me off at the lowest dose, just a waste of money. My second round they only sent me one month supply. It took them weeks to fix this issue. Was offered a $100 discount on my next order. When it came time for my third round, they had put my subscription on hold so nothing got sent. So much for a discount. Customer service is slow and hard to get a hold of. I have canceled my subscription and am going to a different company for my weight loss medication.

Great customer service, quick response

This company takes forever to get back to you. I sent an email on May 9. They’re just getting back to me today. Unbelievable you try to call it’s a different time zone so you can never get anybody. I left three messages. I’ve never received one return phone call or email regarding my message. I left done.

José was helpful, kind and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

Jose Florez was extremely helpful when I called. He went beyond the standard customer service and followed up with a different department to make sure my order was being processed correctly without me even requesting more information. I greatly appreciate his extra effort and felt confident that he was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I hope all of your people are as thorough. Thanks, Jose.
