Very slow replies
This company takes forever to get back to you. I sent an email on May 9. They’re just getting back to me today. Unbelievable you try to call it’s a different time zone so you can never get anybody. I left three messages. I’ve never received one return phone call or email regarding my message. I left done.

Recently gave a five star review
Recently gave a five star review. Then it happened short dosed me. Sent my concerns to customer service with pictures as requested. Sent 3 gollow up emails asking for update Crickets then 7 days later got a response saying they were closing the case because they did not hear from me. I then heard back from a different rep and offered 50 off for three months. Not about the money its about integrity. Short dose a few people on there scripts idk. I have since asked for my account to be cancelled. Best of luck.

Is this a scam or just a trash company?
I signed up 6 months of glp1 meds and they said they shipped the order but the only thing that came was anti nausea meds that I never said I wanted. I have been trying to get costumer service on the phone (on my ninth try). They time you out at a little over 5 min. Also sent an email and got a "we are looking into this replay". Them when I tried to ask for and update on that process, I was sent a copy of my message. My scam bells are ringing. If this is a real company they massively suck at customer service.

Bad communication and good luck canceling
I signed up three months ago and every month has been a challenge. They require a check in every month but I have never received the emails to do the check-in. I also asked repeatedly for my dose to be increased which they did not do. The last month they changed the type of medication delivered with no explanation. Now I’m trying to cancel my subscription. I sent the original request and then they charged my card. No one will respond to me. All in all, poor customer service and no portal or way to update your account. I’m going back to Noom which while it has some quirks is 1000 times better than this.

Sprout customer service is still giving…
Sprout customer service is still giving me the run around about my refund due to not receiving a full vial. I have sent multiple messages and evidence (multiple times) of my vial and the lack of adequate medication. I am so tired of this but I will NOT stop pursuing my refund. I guess the BBB is my next route. Take my advice: stay away from Sprout and their customer service.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Pricing was fair in the long run but I was unwilling to pay the same amount for such a small dosage the first couple of months. I am a as retired nurse and understand the medication and dosage. I also understand they have a policy…we did not agree. I cancelled and they were pros about it…refunding my money immediately. You can’t get more fair than that. Also loved that they did not have a monthly fee.

Overall great experience so far
Overall great experience so far. Ive dropped about 25pounds in 4months. Still need to drop about 50 more and the way its going I think I can reach that. The whole process from the beginning had been simple and easy to keep up with.

Customer service is quick to respond and provide a resolution. The physicians are easy access and will answer any questions you may have in a timely manner. First order, the pharmacy was fast to ship, but my second order took 2 weeks to ship leaving me without medication. I suggest reaching out for your renewal 2 weeks prior to the due date. I will be doing that for my next renewal.

I have had an overall good experience with Sprout Health. It took a few weeks to start seeing results after switching from Semiglutide to Terzepitide, but things are going great now. I have had extensive chats with my Dr and the team. They have helped me to stay on track and answered all questions in a timly manner. I had a few misscomunications about tracking my medication, but those have also been resolved. I trust I am getting what I pay for feom this company and feel safe with them advising me and understanding my needs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
