I was worried that I couldn’t get the right battery, but I did and it works great.
I still have to fine a home for the new battery that didn’t fit my bike.

I ordered a bike and about a week later got an email stating my order had been cancelled due to "staff error". Nothing else, no other communication, and no opportunity to correct it with a new order. It was highly suspicious for a business that could profit so highly from each order, so I'll be ordering somewhere else.

never recieved charger ....ship to home addess when using fed x or ups... 1410ski run blvd. #36 south lake tahoe ca. 96150.....if using usps you have to ship to my po#13105 south lake tahoe ca. 96151... please fix this issue...thank you.....

I ordered a battery early may, when I checked tracking on it after it should have arrived, it stated the order had been cancelled. Their website stated it was in stock. Journey bikes said they would let me know when they would be available again. They did not. However, I just received an email stating they had shipped one 14days ago. I have not received it. I searched to find one and did through a different company. My original battery only lasted 220 miles, of course they didn’t replace. I have had terrible customer service with them. Buy local folks, that’s my advice.

Bike is nice and I am enjoying riding, but.
One problem. After assembling the bike and blowing up the tires, I rode about 50 feet and the front tire flattened. I took the wheel to the bike shop , with the flat for repair. The technician said the rim did not have the thin rubber membrane around the rim that protects the tube from tearing on the holes on the rim. I am glad I didn’t get far. Also, I hope the rear rim has one. So far so good.
Can someone tell me if the left front shock is supposed to have a cover on it like the right? I seem to have a difficult time communicating with Journey. Phone or email.

Good communication. Bike arrived damaged in shipment and replacement parts were promptly delivered. I have yet to complete the bike assembly as I had to leave for a month. I’m anxious to get back and work on finishing and learning to use the bike.

My wife ordered a replacement part for her bike paid over $100.00 for the part. The order was placed 3/11/2023 and never received the part. We have left messages at the number posted on their website twice. We have emailed several times to only get one response. On 3/16/2023 someone named Oliver replied that the part would be ship by Monday 3/20/2023 Nothing has been received yet. All I’m asking is for the part or a refund to my account. It would be good business practice to at least respond to emails or phone calls!!

Was purchased for my wife.. Bike is very nice. Soild welds. My Directions were useless as they were impossible to read (blurry).
I'm glad the box had pictures lol. Strong motor im 250ish LBS and it pushed me up the step hills in my neighborhood. It was slow going but it did the job.

The company's quick response to my emails and the customer service was great.

Good contact - Delivered on time - fair price- Honest would use again

This is my 2nd purchase your service is outstanding the bike is well built I am looking forward to riding the trails near me in the very near future

Not too thrilled with Journey bikes so far. My wife and I purchased two ebikes from them last Christmas and we still haven't received them. Good luck with trying to reach anyone in customer service. I keep on getting a pacifying response saying your bikes should be on this next shipment. A bunch of broken promises.

Poor customer service. Misleading add. Salesperson could have told me that 36v bike was going on sale in one week.

The company was fast and reliable and the product was flawless and perfect.

I love my new Ecotric PeaceDove Electric bike. I had a few questions and Becky was a huge help in answering my questions. I would definitely do business with Journey Bikes again.

Still have not received battery, order originally made in Oct, just received the bike last week after going direct with Arie, Head of Operations at American Electric.

Great bike for a great price! It shipped in a timely fashion as well!

I understand the bike was on back order but there were multiple times I did not get a response when I communicated.
